3:00 p.m. – King Kamehameha Statue Lei Draping Ceremony –
please join us for this exciting annual event as the statue of
Kamehameha 1 is draped with leis sewn by the ladies of Ahahui
Kaahumanu. Public donations of plumeria flowers and leis are
appreciated and encouraged and may be dropped at the tent site
fronting the Kekuanaoa builing on King Street from 8:00 a.m. in the
morning.
Saturday, June 13
9:00 a.m. – The 99th Annual King Kamehameha Floral Parade and
Hoolaulea. The parade starts at the corner of King and Richards
Streets and end at Kapiolani Park in Waikiki. Hooolaulea to follow at
Kapiolani Park from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Wednesday, June 10
5:00 p.m. – Lei Draping at King Kamehameha Statue at Bayfront.

June 13
Queen Emma HCC will hold its Luau at St. Timothy's Church,
Sumida Hall (now called the Christ Gathering Place), at 98­939
Moanalua Rd., Aiea, HI 96701.
The luau will be on Saturday, June 13, 2015, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00
p.m. Silent Auction is from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Tickets are $30.00.

Danny Carvalho, the Na Hoku Hanohano and Grammy Nominated
singer, songwriter and slack­key artist will entertain from 11:30 a.m.
to 1:00 p.m.
Kawika Paperny and dancers will also do the hula.
We are honoring Auntie Gladys Nakoa and Auntie Liz Yangco as our
new Honorary Members and presenting Scholarships to three
recipients.
It is an all you can eat Lunch Menu: Kalua Pig, Chicken Long Rice,
Salmon, Poke, Opihi, Squid Luau, Poi and Rice, Haupia, Sweet
Potato, Cakes, Fresh Fruits, Fruit Punch and Water.
