Wie der Skisport auf die Seiser Alm kam
Mit der Fertigstellung der Brennerbahn bis Bozen im Jahr 1867 kamen immer mehr Erholungssuchende nach Südtirol, im Sommer betuchte und adelige Sommerfrischler,
im Winter leidenschaftliche Skisportler, die mit dem Zug anreisten und sich mit Pferdekutsche oder zu Fuß auf den Weg in die verschneite Bergwelt machten, wobei die
Seiser Alm bald den Ruf als ausgezeichnetes Skigebiet erlangte. Nach 1920 bauten pfiffige Bauern Almhütten zu Skihütten um, später entstanden daraus einfache
Gasthäuser. 1935 wurde eine Seilbahn von Gröden auf die Seiser Alm gebaut, 1938 nahm die erste Aufstiegshilfe, ein Schlittenlift, seinen Betrieb auf, gleichzeitig konnte
die Straße bis nach Compatsch fertiggestellt werden. Nach dem 2. Weltkrieg versuchte man so schnell wie möglich an diese touristische Entwicklung anzuknüpfen,
allenthalben entstanden Schlepplifte und Sessellifte, aus einfachen Skihütten wurden komfortable Hotels. Die erste Skischule gründete sich Anfang der Sechziger Jahre.
In den folgenden Jahrzehnten entwickelte sich die Seiser Alm zu einem Anziehungspunkt für Wintersportler aus nah und fern, mit der Folge, dass die Verkehrsbelastung
zu groß wurde. Seit 2003 gibt es eine leistungsstarke Kabinenbahn die Seis mit der Seiser Alm verbindet, dadurch konnte die Seiser Alm verkehrsberuhigt werden.
L‘Alpe di Siusi come area sciistica
Grazie alla realizzazione della Ferrovia del Brennero nell‘anno 1867, sempre più ospiti hanno scelto l‘Alto Adige come meta delle proprie vacanze, in estate villeggianti agiati e di origine nobili e in inverno appassionati di sci, che arrivavano in treno e in carrozza o a piedi raggiungevano i monti innevati. Ben presto anche
l‘eco della bellezza dell‘Alpe di Siusi giunse lontano. Dal 1920 in poi alcuni contadini innovativi trasformarono la propria malga o baita, in baite per gli sciatori,
che negli anni divennero dei semplici ristoranti. Nel 1935 venne costruita una funivia che da Ortisei portava all‘Alpe di Siusi, nel 1938 venne messo in funzione
il primo impianto di risalita sull’Alpe di Siusi, una slittovia e al tempo stesso venne ultimata la strada che porta a Compatsch. Dopo la fine della Seconda Guerra
Mondiale si cercò di continuare lo sviluppo dell‘area, con la realizzazione di seggiovie e skilift, le baite per sciatori si trasformarono in confortevoli hotel. La prima
scuola sci fu fondata all‘inizio degli anni ’60. Nei decenni successivi l‘Alpe di Siusi si trasformò in un vero e proprio paradiso molto amato dai residenti e dai turisti,
aumentando purtroppo però anche il traffico automobilistico. Dal 2003 vi è una cabinovia pratica e funzionale che collega l‘abitato di Siusi all‘Alpe di Siusi e in tal
modo è stato possibile rendere l‘Alpe di Siusi zona a traffico limitato.
The Origins of Skiing on the Seiser Alm
With the completion of the Brenner Railway all the way to Bolzano in 1867, more and more vacationers started coming to South Tyrol. In the summer, the visitors
included nobility and the wealthy, in the wintertime, avid winter sportsmen predominated. They came by train and then continued their journey into the mountains by horse-drawn coach or on foot. The Alpe di Siusi soon acquired a reputation as an excellent ski area. After 1920, enterprising farmers converted Alpine
refuges into ski lodges; later, these became simple inns. In 1935, an aerial tram was built from Gardena to the Alpe di Siusi. In 1938, the first lift, a sled lift, began
operation. At the same time, the street to Compatsch was completed. After World War II, efforts focused on keeping pace with the rapidly growing tourism industry.
Everywhere, tow lifts and chair lifts popped up, and simply ski lodges were transformed into comfortable hotels. The first ski school was founded in the early 1960s.
In the following decades, the Alpe di Siusi developed into a resort area with a magnetic attraction for winter sportsmen from far and wide. As a result, traffic
problems started becoming noticeable. Since 2004, a high-volume aerial tram has connected Siusi with the Alpe di Siusi, thus alleviating the situation.

Skifahren lernen ist ein Kinderspiel, wenn Kids Spaß haben und eine Skischule spezialisiert ist für qualifizierten Kinderunterricht. Nur wenn Kinder sich
wohl fühlen und keine Angst haben, können sie vom Spielen im Schnee über Rutschen zum spielerischen Gleiten kommen. Um die Leistungen für die Eltern
transparenter zu machen, werden in Südtirol spezialisierte Kinderskischulen mit einem Gütesiegel – Bronze, Silber, Gold – bewertet: ein wichtiges
Qualitätskriterium für die Auswahl der Skischule und des Skigebiets. Unsere Skischule ist mit dem goldenen Gütesiegel ausgezeichnet, sie wird laufenden
Kontrollen unterzogen und steht für zeitgemäßen, didaktisch-pädagogischen Skiunterricht, für einen professionell geführten Skikindergarten sowie
Übungshang mit Aufstiegshilfen und speziellen Lernmaterialien. Außerdem bieten wir Ganztagesbetreuung durch engagierte und freundliche
Betreuerinnen sowie für spezielle Kinderangebote und kindgerechte Verpflegung an.

Imparare a sciare è semplice. I bambini si divertono un mondo in compagnia di maestri di sci specializzati. Solamente nel momento in cui i grandi e piccini
si sentono a proprio agio e non hanno timore, possono passare dai giochi nella neve alle sciate vere e proprie. Per permettere ai genitori di individuare al
meglio la scuola sci che fa al caso loro, in Alto Adige le scuole sci vengono valutate in base a determinati criteri e viene dato loro un brevetto in oro, bronzo
o argento – un importante riconoscimento che coadiuva nella scelta e della scuola sci e dell‘area sciistica. Alla nostra scuola sci è stato conferito il sigillo d‘oro.
Ciò significa essere sottoposti a controlli periodici e sta per lezioni di sci professionali e didattiche – pedagogiche per un asilo neve di qualità, campo scuola
con ausili di risalita e materiali didattici ad hoc, per giornate sulla neve speciali con offerte e vitto adatto ai bambini.

It‘s as easy as pie to learn how to ski as long as the kids are allowed to have fun and the ski school is specialized for qualified children‘s instruction. That‘s because
children can make the transition from romping in the snow to sliding over only when they are happy and free of anxiety. In order to help parents better judge
the services offered by the various different institutes on the market, ski schools specializing in instructing children are categorized with a quality seal – Bronze,
Silver, and Gold. This is an important criterion of quality in selecting the ski school and the ski area. Our ski school has been awarded the Gold Quality Seal.
As such, it is subject to constant controls and stands for modern ski instruction making use of the latest instructional methods. It guarantees that we have a
professionally organized ski kindergarten as well as training grounds with ascent equipment and special instructional materials. And it means that our qualified
and committed instructors provide all-day supervision. On top of that, we also offer special children‘s bargains and age-appropriate food and refreshments.

Immer dabei: Maskottchen Yeti
Ein Paradies für die Kleinen ist der Yeti-Club: ein großzügiges Kindergelände mit Förderbändern und anderen lustigen Unterrichtshilfen. Und mittendrin
ist immer unser flauschiges Maskottchen Yeti , das für besonderen Spaß und Abwechslung sorgt und die Pausen kurzweilig und interessant macht.
Zum Yeti-Club gehört auch ein Kinderfunpark mit coolen Geländeformen, Kidsjumps sowie altersgerechten Rennstrecken und nicht zu vergessen:
der Funzug, der die Runden zieht und die Kleinen gern ein Stückchen des Weges mitnimmt. Danach tut es gut, sich im Yeti-Club-Kindergarten wieder
aufzuwärmen, ein leckeres Mittagessen einzunehmen, mit anderen Kindern zu spielen und vielleicht sogar – müde von der frischen Almluft – ein Nickerchen
zu machen. Die Eltern können wählen zwischen halbtägiger oder ganztägiger Betreuung, mit oder ohne Mittagessen oder Betreuung mit Skiunterricht.
Währenddessen können Sie selbst Urlaub vom Alltag machen und beim Abschlussrennen Ihre Kleinen anfeuern. Vergessen Sie nicht ein Foto ihres Lieblings
mit dem Maskottchen Yeti zu schießen – zur Erinnerung an den lustigen Yeti-Club auf der Seiser Alm.
L‘amico di sempre: la Mascotte Yeti
Lo Yeti Club è un vero e proprio paradiso per tutti i bambini. E‘ un‘area ampia con nastri trasportatori e altri divertenti ausili didattici. E ad accompagnarli
c‘è sempre la nostra paffuta mascotte Yeti, che renderà il tutto più facile e divertente. Dello Yeti Club fa parte anche un fun- park per bimbi dove potranno provare
i primi salti, le piroette e le prime gare; inoltre vi è il Fun train, un trenino che gli accompagnerà nei loro giochi. E tra una sciata e l‘altra si possono riscaldare
presso l‘asilo Yeti, provare un succulento menu, giocare con gli altri bambini e se sovviene la stanchezza, grazie alla buona aria di montagna, fare un pisolino.
I genitori possono scegliere tra offerte di mezza giornata, con o senza pranzo, oppure di una giornata intera, con lezioni di sci, per prendersi qualche ora di
libertà. Ma non possono di certo mancare alla gara finale dei propri figli dove faranno il tifo per i loro piccoli e per fare una foto ricordo con la mascotte Yeti
per ricordarsi nel tempo delle belle giornate passate allo Yeti Club all‘Alpe di Siusi.

The Yeti Club is a paradise for kids: A spacious, child-appropriate area with conveyor belts and other amusing instructional devices. And smack-dab in the
middle: Our cuddly mascot Yeti – who is always good for a laugh and who always keeps the kids interested and entertained. The Yeti Club also features a
children‘s fun park with cool land contours, kid‘s jumps, and age-appropriate racing tracks. And last, but not least: The Fun Train, which winds its way through
the terrain and is happy to tow the kids along for part of the way. After so much fun and excitement in the Great Outdoors, the little ones can warm themselves
up in the Yeti Club Kindergarden, enjoy a delicious lunch, play with the other children, and – after so much fresh-air activity – maybe take a little nap.
Parents can choose between half-day supervision with or without lunch or supervision with ski instruction and lunch – and then go out and enjoy themselves
without a care. At least, until the final race – at which time they should, of course, be there to rout for their little ones. And you don‘t want to miss the chance
to take a photo of your children posing together with Yeti – as a remembrance of the fun times they had in the Yeti Club at the Alpe di Siusi.

Skikurse für Kinder & Teens
Mit kindergerechten Lernmethoden, modernsten Hilfsmitteln, idealen Geländeformen und durch eine Einteilung in Alters- bzw. Leistungsgruppen wird das
Skifahren mit Leichtigkeit erlernt. Wenn die Kinder mit Begeisterung bei der Sache sind, machen sie schnell Fortschritte. Sie lernen das Skifahren spielerisch,
das Liftfahren ist bald kein Problem mehr, und irgendwann kommt der ersehnte Tag, wo es auf große Entdeckungstour geht. Von Piste zu Piste, ein großartiges
Erlebnis für die Kinder, das ihr Selbstvertrauen enorm stärkt. Auch für die größeren Kinder und die Teens sind super Tage garantiert, durch ein abwechslungsreiches Lernprogramm, bei dem Spaß und Unterhaltung keinesfalls zu kurz kommen. Für Fortgeschrittene ist vielleicht ein Freestyle-Kurs das Richtige.
Der King Laurin Park mit seinen Rails und Kickers, liegt derzeit absolut im Trend, auch sicheres Freeriden abseits der Piste sollte erst einmal gelernt werden.
Riesenspaß ist auch beim Ausprobieren verschiedener Funsportgeräte garantiert. Neben diesen und vielen anderen Highlights findet als Höhepunkt der Woche
ein Abschluss-Skirennen, mit einer tollen Preisverleihung und Anerkennungspreisen für alle Teilnehmer statt.
Corsi di sci per bambini e ragazzi
Grazie a metodi di apprendimento ritagliati su misura per i bambini, ausili tra i più moderni, piste ideali e una suddivisione per età, ovvero per capacità imparare
a sciare è veramente facile. E se i bambini seguono la lezione con entusiasmo, come sono soliti fare, apprenderanno la tecnica dello sci in pochissimo tempo.
Impareranno a sciare giocando, anche l‘impianto di risalita dopo poco tempo non farà più paura e dopo pochi giorni si realizzerà uno dei loro sogni, ovvero andare
da pista a pista alla scoperta di questo paradiso; aiuterà loro anche a migliorare la propria autostima. Anche per i più grandicelli e per i teenager viene offerto un programma di apprendimento ricco e vario, dove non può mancare il divertimento. Per gli esperti vi è un corso di free-style, presso lo Snowpark King Laurin ricco di Rail
e Kicker, uno sport molto in voga, oppure un freeride fuori pista, sempre seguiti da un maestro. Il divertimento è garantito anche quando si testano vari equipaggiamenti tra i più moderni. Oltre a tutto ciò e ad altri eventi interessanti alla fine della settimana verrà organizzata una bella gara finale sugli sci, con premi per tutti.
Ski Classes for Children & Teens
We employ child-appropriate learning methods, the latest instructional aids, perfectly contoured terrain, and the classification of the children into groups
according to age and ability. All this makes learning how to ski fun and easy. When children are excited and enthused, they make fast progress. They‘ll learn
to ski, to use the lift, and pretty soon, they‘ll want to take part in the grand tour, from slope to slope – a thrilling experience for the children and a real
confidence-booster! Older children and teens too, are sure to be enthused. The instructional program offers a lot of variety, with plenty of fun and entertainment.
For advanced learners, a freestyle class might be the right choice – at the King Laurin Park with its rails and kickers. It‘s really in fashion, and one oughtn‘t
to miss the chance to learn safe freeriding off of the slope. There are lots of different kinds of fun sport equipment that they can use. In addition to these and
many other highlights, a final ski race represents the culmination of the week, with a special awards ceremony and prizes for all contestants.

Snowboardkurse für Rookies, Freestyler & Freerider
Snowboarden ist für viele mehr als nur eine Sportart es ist eine Lebensphilosophie. Doch auch hierbei ist noch kein Meister vom Himmel gefallen, denn Snowboarden will gelernt sein. Wir haben auf der Seiser Alm alles, was sich Snowboarder wünschen: einen der schönsten Freestyle-Funparks Italiens, breite, griffige Pisten
und sichere Schneehänge abseits der Pisten. Ob Softboard oder Hardboard, einfache Schwünge oder anspruchsvolle Jumps, Freeriding oder Freestyle, am besten lernt
man all dies unter den Augen erfahrener Snowboardlehrer/innen, die dafür sorgen, dass bei allem Spaß die Sicherheit nicht zu kurz kommt. Für jene, die möglichst
schnell die richtige Technik aufs Board bringen wollen oder so schnell wie möglich ihren ersten “One-eighty” stehen wollen, empfehlen wir einen Privatlehrer.

Praticare lo snowboard per molti è più di uno sport, ovvero è una vera e propria filosofia di vita. Nessuno nasce esperto di snowboard, ma va appreso step by step.
Qui all‘Alpe di Siusi abbiamo tutto ciò che amanti dello snowboard desiderano: uno snowpark freestyle tra i più belli d‘Italia, piste ampie e belle e discese sicure
anche al di fuori della pista. Softboard oppure Hardboard, semplici piroette oppure jump impegantivi, freeriding oppure freestyle, tutto ciò e molto altro ancora si può
imparare sotto l‘occhio vigile di esperti della disciplina, che oltre a regalare divertimento insegnano anche regole per la sicurezza individuale e quella degli altri.
Per coloro che desiderano apprendere in pochissimo tempo la tecnica giusta oppure vogliono fare il proprio “One-eighty” consigliamo delle lezioni individuali.

freeriding or freestyling – it‘s best to learn it under the supervision of experienced snowboard instructors who keep an eye on safety. And for those of you who want
to acquire the proper technique as quickly as possible or are driven to make their first „one-eighty“ without delay, we recommend you take a private instructor.

schnelle Erfolge möglich. Der Privatlehrer stimmt den Unterricht vollkommen auf Sie, auf Ihr fahrtechnisches Können und Ihre persönlichen Bedürfnisse ab.

become a pro who‘s comfortable in any terrain? We can provide you with advanced carving instruction or show you how to manage slopes with greater ease
and confidence. We can show you special tricks and techniques for safe and enjoying skiing, and we can help boost your confidence, e.g., down steeper
slopes. We can provide you with group instruction or private training focusing on your individual needs. Group instruction is advantageous for beginners,
but also for advanced skiers. Small groups – divided up according to ability – enable you to make rapid progress. Private instructors can address your
individual goals and needs, according to your individual level of skiing ability.

Erfahrung. Jede Skitour muss angesichts der aktuellen Wetter- und Lawinensituation gründlich geplant werden. Wir bieten Ihnen professionell geführte Skitouren
unterschiedlicher Schwierigkeitsstufen an – in kleinen Gruppen oder allein. Voraussetzung sind gute Kondition, gute und sichere Fahrtechnik und Skitoure­
nausrüstung. Bei Langlauf- oder Schneeschuhwanderungen sind perfekte Orientierungskenntnisse unabdingbar. Weitab der geräumten Winterwanderwege
und der hektischen Pisten führen unsere Wander- und Bergführer Sie zu den faszinierendsten Naturspots der Seiser Alm – und wieder sicher zurück.

sicura tecnica di discesa e la giusta attrezzatura. In caso di escursioni con le ciaspole oppure con gli sci di fondo, viene richiesta un‘ottima capacità di orientamento.

Nature Heritage Site of the Dolomites make the Alpe di Siusi an Eldorado for all cross-country enthusiasts. Our very well-trained cross-country ski instructors
can teach you the basics of this form of skiing, or help you improve your technique. Regardless as to whether you prefer the classic style or the somewhat
faster skating style – within just a short time, you‘ll be able to deal with all forms of terrain, easily and without exhausting yourself. And the best thing about it:
No lengthy drives to the slopes. Instead, the start and finish of every course is to be found at the well-equipped cross-country service center right next to
the Mountain Station of the Alpe di Siusi Aerial Cableway.

Eine mehrtägige Skitour in die verschneite Traumlandschaft der Dolomiten ist ein großartiges, unvergessliches Erlebnis. Damit Sie es entspannt genießen
können, planen wir den reibungslosen Ablauf: individuell nach Ihren Wünschen oder passend für (kleine) Gruppen. Wir wählen die geeignete Route aus,
sorgen für komfortable Unterkünfte und gutes Essen, begleiten Sie als kompetente Guides. Zum Beispiel bei einer klassischen Dolomitentour: am ersten
Tag fahren wir von der Seiser Alm über die Pässe bis zur Marmolada, wo wir nach der Abfahrt auf der längsten Piste der Dolomiten in einer urigen
Schutzhütte oberhalb von Alleghe übernachten. Am 2.Tag erkunden wir auf den Spuren des 1.Weltkriegs das Skigebiet Civetta –Cinque Torri und nach
der Hüttenübernachtung auf Lagazuoi genießen wir am 3.Tag die spektakulären Abfahrten im Skigebiet Tofana bei Cortina und vom Lagazuoi, bevor
wir über das Grödner Joch wieder auf die Seiser Alm zurückkehren.

esempio un classico tour delle Dolomiti: il primo giorno partiamo dall’Alpe di Siusi e arriviamo, passando per i vari passi, fino alla Marmolada, dove
al termine della pista da sci più lunga in assoluto delle Dolomiti ci fermiamo per la notte in una baita tradizionale sopra Alleghe. Il secondo giorno
esploriamo l’area sciistica Civetta – Cinque Torri sulle tracce della I Guerra Mondiale e dopo la notte sul Lagazuoi ci godiamo il terzo giorno sulle
spettacolari piste della zona di Tofana presso Cortina e del Lagazuoi, prima di fare ritorno all’Alpe di Siusi passando per il passo Gardena.

We‘ll select a suitable route, arrange for comfortable lodgings and good food, and provide the qualified guides to accompany you. For example, for a classic
tour of the Dolomites: On the first day, we‘ll ski from the Alpe di Siusi via the passes to the Marmolada; from there, we‘ll continue down the longest
slope of the Dolomites and then spend the night in a rustic Alpine refuge above Alleghe. On the second day, we‘ll visit various World War II sites in the
Civetta – Cinque Torri ski area and then spend the night in a hut on Lagazuoi. On the third day, we‘ll enjoy the spectacular downhill skiing slopes in
the Tofana ski area near Cortina and on the Lagazuoi before returning to the Alpe di Siusi via the Gardena Pass.
