SAIPA WHEEL Manufacturing Co. which is a subsidiary of SAIPA GROUP has
been established in 1999 as a pioneer in the field of wheel production in Iran .The
company has been located in two sites both of which are equipped with the most
up-to-date , fully automated and numerically controlled facilities and equipment to
produce and assemble wheels required by domestic car manufacturing companies
as well as overseas customers.
Site 1 is located in Arvand Free Zone in khorramshar city , khoozestan province with
an area of 300.000 (sq.m) and the fully automatic production line including the most
up-to-date technology of steel wheel production is bought from B/F( Bridgeston/
Firestone) Spain . It has the capacity of 600 wheel/hr and can produce wheels with
diameter from 12 to 16 inches &width from 3.5 to 6 inches.
The factory- Site 2 which is located in SAZEH GOSTAR SAIPA Industrial Complex
in Tehran. In this factory with four line was assembled kind of tubeless and tube type
passenger car & commercial vehicle wheel contain 13-24 inch by automatic & semiautomatic equipment. The annual assembling capacity of this factory is 3,500,000
tubeless wheel, 500,000 tube type and 165,000 commercial vehicle wheel
