Q1. What sort of products does Muscle Beach supply?
A variety of protein powders, weight gain / weight loss products, hormonal support, recovery formula’s and
many other quality supplements.
Q2. Do I need any qualifications?
No, as long as you have a willingness to learn and possess a positive, motivated and determined attitude to
work towards becoming a successful Muscle Beach franchisee.
Q3. I have never owned my own business and I don’t know how to run a business. Is
this a problem?
Most Franchisees start with little or no prior small business experience. Muscle Beach will provide a week
training at the company owned store and a week training at your own store with continuing support to ensure
that you can comfortably operate the business successfully.
Q4. What is the initial franchise fee?
The Franchisee pays an up-front, Initial Franchise Fee. The Fee is $30,000 which includes training (ex GST).
Q5. What are the continuing fees?

A service fee paid monthly at 4% of gross sales revenue
A marketing royalty paid monthly at 2% of gross sales revenue
Q6. What is the maximum investment for a Muscle Beach Franchise?
The maximum investment is $250,000 (ex GST). Muscle Beach is a retail business so the maximum investment is
dependent on store size, fit out, and location. All of these questions and investment will discussed with you in
further detail during the application process and should be discussed with the franchisor, a lawyer, business
advisors, and an accountant.
Q7. How long is the Franchise Agreement?
The Franchise Agreement is five plus five years.

If your application is successful you will be invited to a Discovery Day,
where we conduct an in depth session about Muscle Beach franchising.
This provides us with a great opportunity for you to get to know us and for
our managing team to get to know you.
2.
We then give you some time to review the franchise and speak to your
necessary advisors.
3.
If both parties agree to progress with the application, we will issue you
with a Franchise Agreement and a Disclosure Document.
4.
We will then organise a time with you to attend the training course which
is held at the company store in Campbelltown New South Wales. You will
also receive a week’s training at your own store and ongoing support.
