Guayaquil
The weather in Guayaquil is between 80 and 95 degrees all year. The rainy
season is from January to April but the temperatures are still warm. The
weather is beautiful and at best you would need only a light raincoat, an
umbrella and some durable shoes that are suitable for rain. The dry season,
from May until December, is a little warmer.
Various major airlines have direct flights from the United States such as:
Delta, American, Lan, Aerogal, Copa Air, and Continental, which flies
through Panama City. Air France, Lan, and Iberia airlines fly directly from
Europe.
The Nova Vita Research Center is located in the heart of the business
district of Guayaquil, about 10 minutes from the Simon Bolivar
International Airport.
Major hotels such as the Sheraton, Hilton, Howard Johnson, Hotel Oro
Verde have a shuttle service to and from the airport and are in close
distance to NovaVita.

NovaVita is located in the heart of beautiful Urdesa Central which is one of
the most desirable business districts in Guayaquil. It is surprising when you
walk through the doors to find yourself in a beautiful and peaceful oasis

This building is wrapped around a very gorgeous swimming pool and a
Jacuzzi hot tub surrounded with palm trees swaying in the gentle breeze and

The pool has been well cared for by a weekly cleaning service and the
grounds are immaculate. When lounging around the pool, it is hard to
imagine that there is a city outside of this uniquely designed building.
Juice Bar
The juice bar invites visitors to enjoy smoothies and drinks made with the
abundant, exotic fruits and vegetables of the area.
Bathroom / Change Room
A complete bathroom / change room is conveniently located outside near the

West Side Main Floor - Offices

Nurses / Service Area
The nurses’ station is next to the lounge and would also function well as a
service/ kitchen area and has many cupboards, drawers, and a closet. There

From here you walk directly into another corridor, with two therapy/office
rooms, another bathroom with toilet and sink, and a security door at the
other end, which opens to the patio and pool area.

There are more therapy/office rooms close to the far end of the swimming
pool which have their own separate entrances.
Two of the rooms have a toilet and sink. The third room has a sink with a
large enclosed storage area with shelving and drawers that go from the floor
to the ceiling. A fourth room has no window but can be used as a storage
area or x-ray room.
A fifth room has a beautiful view of the pool area.
The Rear Entrance Area
There is a second entrance from a different road paralleling the side of the
building.
Big double doors enter into a spacious reception area, which could also be
used for an office. There is also a separate bathroom with sink and toilet.
Conference Room / Office Area
Next to the reception area there are two small offices with private entrances
that look out onto the swimming pool.

This large, spacious room with glass walls was recently built in the middle
of the NovaVita complex. Next to the juice bar, over looking the pool, this
room could be used for many functions such as a reception, dining and /or
conference room, and perhaps even a restaurant. The seating capacity is
around 50 – 100 people depending on the room arrangement.
Area is currently used as a spinning / exercise room.

There are three rooms that are attached to the conference room, each with a
sink, and are currently used for therapies. One room looks out onto the patio
and pool.

There are 7 more rooms used for therapies beside the glass conference room.

beautiful ceiling fixtures with recessed ceiling lighting. Looking out to the
pool while dining, is very peaceful and relaxing, and makes for good
digestion.
This area may also be used for a meeting/conference room.
Visiting Area for Guests
There are two small, yet comfortable meeting rooms that are adjoining. One
room is next to the dining room and the other opens to the patio and pool
area. Visitors may enjoy the view in both directions. From either room one
can go to the doctors’ offices/ lounge area, the dining hall and the swimming
pool.
Kitchen
The kitchen is adjacent to the dining hall with three entrances, one to the
dining hall, one to outside the facility and one to adjoining secondary office/
or small meeting dining area.

Currently, this is our state-of-the-art gym with high-tech equipment,
vibration plates, and machines that have been imported from the United
States.
There is a large counter area with filing drawers for registration of guests.
The men’s changing/locker room has 2 sinks, 2 toilets, 1 urinal, 3 showers,
and one large bank of lockers.
The women’s changing/locker room has 2 sets of double sinks, 3 toilets, 3
showers, and one large bank of lockers.
Another large room serves as an office or independent training area.

Second floor apartment / offices
Above the front entrance of the building, there is a unique feature. There is
another stairway that leads to a completely separate area that can be used as
a personal living or for offices and meeting rooms. It is very convenient and
comfortable with a large living area, full kitchen and four spacious
