E’ un filato in cotone 100% che tecnicamente considera tutte le problematiche relative al tinto in capo.
L’utilizzo di una fibra in cotone particolarmente lunga e pregiata come il GIZA 70 egiziano, ha permesso di
raggiungere valori di resistenza dinamometrica molto elevati (esempio Et.50 ex TIt.30/3 2.000 gr.).
Tramite opportuni accorgimenti a livello di filatura e di processi tintoriali, abbiamo portato la
restringibilità a valori insignificanti evitando così la possibilità di raggrinzimento delle cuciture.
Attualmente il TOP si posiziona qualitativamente ai vertici di quanto disponibile sul mercato.
It is a 100% cotton yarn which takes into account all the problems concerning dyed garment. Using an
Egyptian GIZA 70 cotton fibre particularly long and valuable it has enabled us to reach very high
dynamometric resistance values (e.g. Et.50 ex Tit.30/3 2.000 g.). Thanks to proper devices regarding
spinning and dyeing procedures, the possibility of shrinking is nearly nonexistent, avoiding risk of
puckering.
At present, the TOP is qualitatively speaking at the highest market level.
C’est un filé en 100% coton qui prend en considération tous les problèmes relatifs aux vêtements teintes.
L’utilisation d’une fibre en coton particulièrement longue et précieuse, comme le GIZA 70 Egyptien a
permis de obtenir des valeurs de résistance dynamométrique très hautes (par exemple Et.50 ex Tit.30/3
2.000 gr.). Grâce aux précautions au niveau de la filature et aux procès de teinture, le rétrécissement est
devenu insignifiant, au même temps on a évité la possibilité que les coutures se froissent.
Au moment le TOP est à la sommet de ce qui est disponible sur le marché.

Consiste nella colorazione sul tono del verde (nostro colore sociale) applicato con bagno di tintura, con coloranti fugaci che scompaiono in presenza di bagno acquoso alla
temperatura di 60° durante qualsiasi processo di pre-trattamento inevitabile prima della tintura, come sbozzima o purga. Tale soluzione consente quindi di identificare in modo
rapido ed inequivocabile il cucirino in cotone pronto per tinta prima e dopo l’utilizzo. Attualmente tale trattamento viene effettuato sull'articolo Top irrestringibile, che
diventa pertanto: "Top Evident irrestringibile". In considerazione delle molteplici applicazioni e trattamenti tintoriali a cui l’articolo può essere sottoposto si consiglia una
prova preventiva, in modo particolare nell’utilizzo su travette e asole.
It consists in a green fleeting colouring (our social colour) applied with a dyeing process, that disappears in a water bath at the temperature of 60° during every process of pretreatment unavoidable before dyeing, desizing or scouring.
This is a solution to identify in a fast and clear way, that you are using a cotton sewing thread ready to dye, before and after the usage. At present this treatment is made on the
article Top non-shrink, that becomes :”Top evident non-shrink”.
Taking in consideration that the article can be used for different applications and dyeing treatments, a preventive check is recommended, particularly on buttonholes and bars.
ll se base sur une coloration dans la tonalité du vert (notre couleur sociale) appliquée par teinture, avec colorants fugaces qui disparaîssent dans l’eau à la témperature de 60°
pendant n’importe quel procédé de pre-traitement inévitable avant la teinture, comme décatissage ou dégorgeage.Cette résolution permets donc de identifier dans une façon
rapide et claire le fil à coudre en coton prêt à teindre, avant et aprés l’emploi. Au moment ce traitement est réalisé sur l’article Top irrétrécissable, qui devient par suite: "Top
Evident irrétrécissable". En considerant les plusieurs applications et traitements tinctorials que l’article peut subir, on conseille un essai préventif, en particulier sur arrêt sur
point et boutonnières.
