MECHANICAL SCOPE WILL BE TO UTILIZE THE EXISTING ELECTRIC DUCT HEATER THAT SERVES THIS SPACE.
THE MECHANICAL SCOPE ALSO INCLUDES PROVIDING A NEW SPLIT SYSTEM COOLING IN THE IT ROOM, WITH
THE CORRESPONDING CONDENSING UNIT ON THE ROOF. THE ELECTRICAL WORK WILL INCLUDE RE-USING
THE EXISTING ELECTRICAL PANEL, CIRCUITING/WIRING REQUIRED FOR LIGHTING, BANK EQUIPMENT, AND
RECEPTACLES. SPRINKLER HEADS ARE EXISTING AND WILL ONLY BE RELOCATED AS REQUIRED PER THE
