Private Banquet Room Information Dinner Banquet Menu 2942 Shallowford Road • Marietta, GA. 30066 • 678-236-1400 • www.sedgwickrestaurantgroup.com Private Banquet Room Information Dinner Banquet Menu East We offer one private banquet room, and two semi-private areas. The Aspens Room is a private dining room which can seat up to 40 guests. The minimum number of guests to keep an event in the Aspens room private is 18. The Lodge, is a semi-private dining area, which can seat 29 to 39 guests. The Fireplace Room, is another semi-private dining area, and can seat 28 to 56 guests. There is not a room charge for events in any of these rooms; however a refundable deposit is required at the time of booking an event. The deposit for an event in the Aspens Room, or Lodge Room is $150. The deposit for an event in the Fireplace Room is $250. All deposits are applied as a credit to the bill for the event. All deposits are refundable up to seven days prior to the planned event, and thirty days prior to any event planned in December. Reservations for our private rooms are booked in two seatings on weekends and during the months of November and December. The early seating is between 5:00 and 6:00. The room will then be booked with a second seating between 8:00 and 9:00. We give both seatings an estimated 2 to 2.5 hours to dine. Parties under 20 guests may order off of our current dinner menu, or choose from a preset menu. For parties larger than 20 guests, we ask that you select either a limited number of items from our regular dinner menu, or a pre-fixe menu from our Dinner Banquet Menu. We will then print your selections on a separate menu for all guests in attendance. Should you choose a pre-fixe menu from the items on our Dinner Banquet Menu, we ask that you limit your selections to four items from the salad and entree sections, and two items from the dessert section. The prices shown on the Dinner Banquet Menu are inclusive of the salad course, entrée course, and dessert. The cost of all beverages, and 6% sales tax will be added to the bill prior to the deposit credit. Please inform management of any food allergies, or special dietary requests in advance so we can make every effort to accommodate them. Attached you will find our Dinner Banquet Accommodation Agreement which contains deposit information, as well as more specific conditions required for planning a private event. This deposit will be subtracted from your total food bill on the night of your event. All deposits are refundable up to 7 days prior to the planned event and 30 days prior to any event planned in December. A final guest count is required two working days prior to your event. Should your party fall in number of persons below the minimum required for the room to be private, you will be charged $30.00 per person missing to be brought to the room minimum, or be moved to a semi private area to avoid these charges if you prefer. Prices quoted do not include Gratuity, Georgia State and any applicable sales taxes. Payment of the total balance is due the day of the event.
