you will get 10% off that months pie. You must order a minimum 12 pies. You can
order any kind of pie that you want for any month, but the pie will be full price.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the shelf life of your treats and what is the best way to store them?
The shelf life of our treats is easily 12 months. The treats do not need to be refrigerated, but
should be stored in an air conditioned room or facility where the temperature is somewhere near
78 degrees with a low relative humidity. Not placing the coated treats in direct sunlight or having
them under hot lights in a display case will maintain the integrity of the coating.

What is the lead time for an order to be filled?
Orders will be ready for shipment in approximately 3-5 business days from the date the order is
received. Holiday orders and special orders could possibly require longer lead times.
Do you have special shipping procedures?
We use shredded newspaper as a void fill in our shipping boxes. We also have a special
summertime shipping schedule. We do not ship any orders that will possibly sit idle on a dock
over the weekend. To find out your exact shipping schedule, ask your Foppers representative
assistance. All parcel orders are shipped via Federal Express or UPS Ground
Do you warranty your product?
Foppers guarantees our products 100% against breakage and melting. If you aren’t completely
satisfied with your shipment, please contact our customer service within 72 hours of receipt of
product for credit or replacement procedures.
What are your facility hours and days of operation?
Our customer service department is available Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (EST) we’re
closed all major national holidays

We are proud to be one of the few treat companies that use ingredients sourced in the USA. All of our
delicious treats are made using the following ingredients.
