We also welcomed three officers beginning their terms, Chuck Maass, Vicky Farmer and Daniela Georgeff. This is the third time since women were granted full membership privileges in 1963 that the board has had three lady members. The leadership and contributions of our lady members are significant reasons for the dynamic growth of the last fifty years and the current strength of the organization. Mit freundlichen Grüßen,Carl Renner Delaware Saengerbund and Library Assn., Inc. Entertainment Committee Thanks to the Entertainment Committee and some other volunteers, The New Years Eve Party was a great success. This is what we can achieve when members volunteer and work together as a team. We had approximately 30 persons volunteer their time before, during and after the party. These same people gave up their personal New Years Eve celebration for our guests to enjoy themselves. A huge thank you to all of them for their commitment to the Club. They are the reason that we could provide a great event at an affordable price.
