Cameo College of Essential Beauty is a family business and has been for over
37 years. Original family owners were Bud and Gail Reddick, then passed on to
daughter Brenda Scharman in 1986 who is presently director, past stateboard
chair person, current Board of Directors of American Association of Cosmetology
Schools and legislative chair person for the Utah Beauty School Association.
NEW FACILITY
Our amazing facility, built in 2006, consists of 20,000 sq.ft. Using State of the Art
equipment, our new facility consists of 3 levels, each with a distinct character, over
80 parking stalls, handicap accessibility, directly on bus routes, and easy interstate
access.

beauty industry!
Our Main Level consists of a trendy client lobby, over 70 high fashion hairstyling
stations, a modern barber area, American and European shampoo stations,
professional nail stations, pedicuring area, make up station, chemical service bar,
supply room, restroom and the “Esthetics & More Beauty Store” where you can find
all your beauty needs! This area is “todays look” with open structure celling,
energetic decor - offering a variety of top notch services and endless education!
LOWER LEVEL-THE ADULT DAY SPA
Our Lower Level is referred to as “The Student Serviced Adult Day Spa”- when
you enter it’s a new experience. With warm vintage decor, a European sense
surrounds you. Essence of aromatherapy deep relaxation music and our 800
gallon salt water aquarium is sure to take you to another land. The Adult Day
Spa includes a client consultation room, facial and body treatment rooms, a
couples treatment room, 2 wet rooms with “the new capsuie unit” for the ultimate
body treatment experience and vichy shower. We also have the most beautiful
secluded pedicure room equipped with sanitary pipeless jetted pedicure stations, a clinical area where all clinical procedures such as chemical acid peels,
micodermabrasion, waxing, electrolysis and more are offered, client restrooms,
dressing rooms, showers and a supply room.
UPPER LEVEL
Our Upper Level is traditionally modern, composed of 3 classrooms, offices,
conference room, copy center, restroom, student breakroom, staff breakroom,
and computer lab with internet access and “what’s this?” techno-ampitheater for
todays creative artists to view platform artists and even put on a show of their own!

Topical anesthetics are used during the treatment to provide comfort.

Spa Ettiquette
Feel free to tour the Student Serviced Adult Day Spa Area and taste a bit of
heaven. In order to maintain a peaceful environment for you to get away:
•No Cell Phones (please turn cell phones off, usage is prohibited in student
spa).
•Children 10+ years of age are welcome in spa, providing they are with
parent receiving equal treatment.
•No food/softdrinks/alcoholic beverages. Only bottled water is allowed.
•Quiet whisper voices.
•Do not wear jewelry into your treatment.
•Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing, however, please
wear
whatever is comfortable for you. Disposable underwear are available
upon request. During all treatments the body is draped with privacy towels.
•Shaving is recommended for men receiving facial treatments that do
shave (preferrably within 2 hours of treatment). Shaving is not recommended prior to most body treatments or hair removal.
24 Hour Cancellation Notice Required.
• Lockers are available to spa guests, however, it is recommended you do not
bring and/or leave any valuables.
• Robes and slippers are provided in the locker rooms for your comfort.
•We encourage you to inform us immediately if you experience any discomfort
due to room temperature, massage pressure, music, music volume, or any other
condition or circumstance.

Some things to know before getting Laser Hair Removal:
•Laser hair removal is not effective for gray, white or blonde hair.
•Multiple treatments are necessary for hair removal (3-6).
•If you have had electrolysis, waxing or extensive tweezing in the area, you must
wait for 5-6 weeks before a laser treatment will be effective.
•Please remember to shave the treatment area the day before.
•Remember to avoid unprotected sun exposure for 10 days prior to and
10 days after your treatment.
Some things to know before getting a Photofacial:
•Several treatments are necessary for best results (2-3).
•Photofacials do not treat fine lines, but some people do experience a slight
improvement as a side-effect.
