ACCOMMODATION
Waking up in the middle of the nature
What a nice feeling of waking up every morning in an authentic
and cozy environment that offers you an amazing view on the
natural parc of Hirtzenstein. You will definitely feel like home, in
total freedom, no matter what type of accommodation you are
going to choose.
Single or double, our cocooning studio, equipped with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower, will perfectly suit your expectations. The couples looking for a romantic and wellness stay
are more than welcomed in our carefully decorated, eco friendly
and high quality services studios.
If you come with your family or friends, the private lodges are
specially designed for you. They have a capacity to accommodate
from 2 to 8 persons, adults and children. Designed on two floors,
with a mezzanine and a private terrace, the lodge is fully equipped to provide you the well deserved comfort. By choosing this
type of accommodation, you will spend a very pleasant stay, in a
wooded and cozy atmosphere in harmony with nature.
Our studios and lodges are built with high quality materials
that respect the environment and ensure a maximum comfort.
Moreover, some of them are also accessible to our clients with
reduced mobility.

THE INN
Meet at the Inn "L'Auberge du HIRTZ"
The Inn “L’Auberge du HIRTZ” revives the
tradition of Hirtzenstein where villagers used to
come every evening by foot or on horseback… it
is the community gathering, experience sharing
and conviviality place by excellence. Special
snacks for walkers and travellers or authentic
meals with friends or family, the chef provides a
cuisine made from local, seasonal products.
Our traditional "homemade" bread, baked
in a wood fired oven, will definitely pamper your
taste buds and make you rediscover forgotten
flavors.
The inn is open every day from 12h to 14h and
from 19h to 22h.

Recharge your batteries in the wellness area
At the edge of the forest, following the Nordic spas model, three
cottages will invite you to take care of yourself and connect with the
nature.
The Wellness area will include a hammam, sauna, jacuzzi, two beauty
treatment rooms, massage and a relaxing open terrace in the heart of
nature. You can access it directly from your lodge or by a gateway from
the residence.
The products and treatments are natural, from made by ethical and
responsible brands.
For your comfort, the Domaine du HIRTZ made the choice of a new
concept: the spa area will be can be reserved for private use. Thus, even
if you come in couple, family or friends, you willhave this moment of
relaxation just for you!
During the summer period we will also adapt our activities and propose
you yoga, qi gong, tai chi and shiatsu sessions. All the activities will be
adapted both for beginners and advanced enthusiasts, in order to offer
you the ideal environment for relaxation and meditation.

For your wedding, you and your guests will be seduced by
the charm of the location and the facilities offered by the
Domaine du HIRTZ. The friendly cottage welcomes you in
the heart of a 8 hectares natural park, with a capacity of up
to 150 persons.
Our variety of menus will be adapted to your event, according to your tastes and desires. The festive menu can be
served at the table or as a buffet.
At Domaine du Hirtz you can enjoy both a working and a
relaxing atmosphere and your meeting will definitely be
pleasant and productive at the same time.
Beyond the room rental and catering services, the Domaine
du HIRTZ also offers the on site accommodation for your
guests. To prolong the pleasure, you will take the brunch
together the next day in a rustic atmosphere.
Relaxation side: various nature and sport activities can be
adapted for you. You can also extend your stay by sleeping
on the spot one or more nights.

Working side: the seminar area, 120 m² in the main building,
which is modular and fully equipped for business meetings.
Our equipment (screen, video projector, wifi, paperboard)

SPRING
Spring, when the nature is reborn, is a magical season Hirtzenstein. Discover
the flora and the surrounding forest, walking with family or friends and practicing nordic walking will totally allow you to enjoy the beauty of this season.
On easter, Domaine du HIRTZ, is organizing a gigantic egg hunt, which is a real
joy for the kids! Spring is also the birth of a beautiful reunion between art and
nature. We are organising “The Spring of the Arts", an event which brings together various artists and present their works starting with the month of April.

The summer months, we give ourselves over to the joys of outdoor activities:
hiking, donkey rides, bike and picnic carefully prepared by the Inn of HIRTZ...
and even a skating rink for the ones willing to have an out of the ordinary activity during the summer! This is also the opportunity to visit the high places
marked by history within the frame of memorial tourism, very present in the
region. At Domaine du HIRTZ you can also take advantage of the Wellness Area
with its spa chalets and relaxing area. The program of the summer events gives
pride to the theater, played in the park. When night falls, we let ourselves carried away by the poetry of the place.

Autumn is the perfect season for going in the forest, even if you decide walking,
biking or taking a donkey ride. The autumn’s colors are magical to discover the flora
and fauna; we can also give ourselves over to the joys of berries, mushrooms, flowers
and wild herbs picking. Traditional cooking workshops and wine degustations are
also organised by Domaine du Hirtz in order to make you discover and appreciate
our local products. Isn’t Hirtzenstein the starting point of the road of wines in Alsace?

In winter, it's time for winter sports at the snowy “Ballon d'Alsace”: snowshoeing,
cross country skiing, dog sledding, tobogganing, it is a real delight for kids and
adults. The Christmas Chalet of HIRTZ offers you the possibility to experience the
magic of an authentic Christmas, during the month of December. Snowmen competitions, stories and legends, concerts, night markets are some of the various activities to make you live the magic Christmas!
During the winter period, the roads are usually plowed between Wattwiller
and the Domaine. However, in case of heavy snowfall, a 4x4 shuttle is provided
from the village.
