family since 1955. Monsieur François Despagne serves as the Director and Winemaker

Domaine Jolly — With four generations of experience, Domaine Jolly is known for
producing traditional Chablis wines. Now under the control of Denis Jolly, the estate
consists of 17 heactares of Petit Chablis, Chablis, and Chablis 1er Cru “Fourchaume”.
With stainless steel cold temperature fermentation, these wines show classic Chablis
character, with great minerality, superb lively fruit, and a wonderful balance of acidity.

Domaine Bertagna — A top ranking Burgundy house, much of the historic Domaine
Bertagna was once cultivated by Cistercian monks, famous for founding the Clos de

Domaine Darnat — The business of managing vineyard activity has been practiced in
the Darnat family since the 19th century. Vineyard owner, Henri Darnat has been at the
head of the family vineyards since 1985. During the 1990’s, Henri and his wife Marion
started the negociant business which has allowed them to offer a wide range of Burgundy
wines which are represented on the best restaurant lists of France and the world.

Domaine des Saumades — Domaines des Saumades, the smallest domaine in the
Châteauneuf du Pape AOC, was created in 1995 by Frank Mousset, a young winemaker
with significant winemaking pedigree. Mousset today crafts glorious wines made from
some of the Châteauneuf du Pape’s most popular grape varieties. Meticulous attention
to detail goes into every wine, of which only about 500 cases are produced annually.
