Christina Lee Jeffries
Principal & Co-Founder
Summary
Christina’s career has primarily been from an ownership perspective, enabling her to sharpen her talents in
profitable leasing, strategic planning and positioning, operational bench marking, best practices, budgeting,
maximizing NOI, expense reduction analysis, value engineering, construction, and project management. During
her 20 year career, Christina discovered she has a drive for making the client a PRIORITY. “It is very
satisfying to advise a client throughout the entire process: From the initial meeting, through strategic planning,
transaction execution to project completion, whether it is a lease or purchase assignment, portfolio asset
management, income and expense consulting, or project management, etc.” Christina is also versed in
construction, space design, infrastructure coordination, and project management; all of which prove to be
valuable skills when negotiating lease options and allowances.
Experience
7 Hills Advisors, Richmond, Virginia
Christina joined Cole and Andrew in March 2012 to form 7 Hills Advisors, a Richmond, Virginia based, locally
owned, independent commercial real estate brokerage and consulting firm with an exclusive focus on Tenant
Representation and Commercial Users. The overwhelming draw for Christina was to join others in a clientcentric platform. “It’s gratifying to guide companies through the process of finding space that is in-line with
their corporate goals, growth, vision, challenges and brand.” To that end, 7 Hills utilizes a proven, results
oriented, value-added approach to each assignment, and have the relationships and networks to successfully
execute transactions, all while helping our clients make educated, well informed decisions to achieve
economically favorable results.
Parkway Realty Services, LLC, Richmond, Virginia
In February 2000, Christina relocated from Washington, DC to Richmond, VA to oversee the Parkway Properties
Virginia portfolio, including Class A office product in Northern Virginia, Richmond and Tidewater. Christina’s
main responsibility was to preserve the health of the assets using best practices through profitable leasing,
maximizing income, expenditure control, and responsible capital outlay, all in conjunction with short and long
term corporate goals.
Barnes, Morris, Pardoe & Foster, Inc., Washington, DC
Christina began her real estate career with BMPF in Washington, DC in 1995, working on behalf of class-A
institutional owners. Her focus included operational oversight, strategic positioning and planning, asset
management, leasing and capital strategy for short and long term holds as well as acquisitions, dispositions and
repositions.
