The dramatically sculptural staircase and marble-clad, double-height reception echoes the seamless elegance and heritage materials of the exterior. The mezzanine bar provides a luxurious meeting place to enjoy the views over the piazza. These distinguish the kitchen and bathroom areas, while living/dining rooms enjoy the same core design of warm timber floors and white-painted walls. Shown here is the Urban palette of dark-stained wood, marble and copper detailing. 82 83 A PLACE TO ENTERTAIN KITCHEN — URBAN The deeply dramatic Urban palette features dark-stained timber doors, marble-effect worktop and spectacular copper splashback. The latter is highlighted to theatrical effect by concealed downlighters, creating a design that looks as chic by night as it does by day. 84 85 KITCHEN — LOFT The Loft palette is an airy combination of lightcoloured timber and marble-effect worktop with feature marble splashback. This creates a warm, soft effect that complements the natural daylight from which each apartment benefits. Closed storage and full-height cupboards achieve a seamless effect that is easy to maintain. 86 87 BATHROOM - URBAN BATHROOM - LOFT The Urban bathroom palette references that of the Urban kitchen with dark-stained joinery, marble worktops, chrome detailing and high-gloss surfaces. It is a glamorous combination that speaks of traditional luxury but with a very contemporary signature. The Loft bathroom palette echoes that of the Loft kitchen with its soft and quiet palette of pale timber, grey stone, marble and mirror. The marble surround of the bath is a focal point of the scheme, while integrated lighting complements the sculptural form of the sleek double-vanity counters in select suites. 88 89 SERENE S P AC E S 90 91 THE BEAUTY OF CALM SPA & GYM The private swimming pool is located on the first floor of the Tower. This allows swimmers to feel as though they are floating just above the city streets. A metal-finish feature wall creates a sculptural focus, complementing porcelain floor tiles and textured walls. 92 93 The spa and gym have been designed to complement the apartments in terms of the palette of materials, emphasising the fact that this is a private space for residents. Warm and earthy tones are offset by contrasting metallic effects for added interest and character. The spa and gym are on the first floor, adjacent to the piazza, ensuring these are pleasant and airy spaces with the benefit of lots of natural light and interesting vistas. Parquet timber flooring, mirrored walls and wrap-around steel columns create a look that is smart and inviting. 94 95 SCREENING ROOM CONCIERGE AND PARKING The multi-purpose screening room, adjacent to the residents’ bar, has seating that can be configured in a number of ways, according to purpose and the ambience required. Residents can hire this space for private parties and screenings, including film, music or games entertainment, as well as for business conferences. A dedicated concierge service provides residents with a five-star level of service 24 hours a day. 96 There are dozens of car parking spaces in the Tower’s subterranean car park, including spaces for disabled users.
