PENNY PHASE OUT
The Royal Canadian Mint will no longer be distributing
pennies to Canadian Financial Institutions after
February 4, 2013. The Goodsoil Credit Union will cease
providing pennies to its members after Feb 4, 2013.

Members who have pennies may bring them in for deposit
at any time. For large quantities please pick up penny
rollers at the Credit Union.
Goodsoil Arena Restoration
Goodsoil Credit Union is partnering with Goodsoil Park and Rec to
raise money for the restoration of the Arena. Any donations made
by the community will be matched by the Credit Union up to $6000.
This is an amazing complex that needs a facelift – every “penny” helps.

SURCHARGE – FREE ATM
Credit Union ATM’s across the country are now labeled as
DING FREE. A free locator app is now available for smart phone
devices. This new app helps Credit Union members locate the
nearest surcharge-free ATM. App is available at
http://www.ding-free.ca/
Don’t have a smart phone – no worries – the Label DING FREE will
be prominently displayed on the ATM

Credit Union Contributes to Ladies Bonspiel
Goodsoil held it’s Ladies Bonspiel on the weekend of the 8th and
would like to thank all the ladies that participated. A good time
was had by all with some great curling shots. Saturday evening a
delicious meal was provided by all the curling ladies.
