we have designed some of the most groundbreaking
cranes and hoisting systems. Sturdy machines that

We are backed solidly by our own engineering, manufacturing and
testing facilities. On top of that our equipment is designed, engineered
and developed entirely under our own management. This ensures that we

LEMNISCATE
FLOATING
CRANES
First pioneered by Figee, our high quality range of floating Lemniscate
cranes put us on the map as an industry leader. We initially based our
design on the double boom principle, one that delivers an optimum
balance between weight and centre of gravity. High capacity loading
and offloading of ships is no problem for the Figee Lemniscate floating
cranes. They can lift heavy loads whilst maintaining the stability and
buoyancy of the vessels they are mounted upon.

SERVICE AND REFURBISHMENT
AFTER-SALES PROGRAMMES
PERIODIC INSPECTION
Ensure safe operations throughout the lifetime of the lifting and hoisting
equipment. Our crane inspection services can be carried out whenever
and wherever required. Expert Figee service engineers are backed by our
engineering department, and are able to carry out onsite inspections on all
harbour crane types.
CRANE MAINTENANCE
Should be carried out at regular intervals to certify their continued safe,
proper functionality. However, when maintenance cycles have been skipped
or following longer periods of intense usage, major refurbishments might
be needed. Our experienced service engineers can overhaul every crane
component, substantially improving both operations and safety.

MODIFICATIONS
Are often needed when original components are no longer available, or
when equipment is to be repurposed. From hardware to software, Figee
offers a full spectrum of modifications for lifting equipment – regardless
of the manufacturer.
These include:

Slew bearing exchange
Because slew bearings are one of the most heavily used components
in crane operations, we make sure that they are exchanged on a
regular basis so that work can continue safely and effectively, with
minimal downtime.

Overhauls
Overhauls are virtually inevitable during the life cycle of hoisting and
lifting equipment. Almost all moving parts are subject to wear and
tear, so we offer swift and properly carried out overhauls to help our
customers reduce costs and improve operations.
■ Lifetime Extensions
We developed these service rotations to safeguard a more
consistent level of operability and reliability. Seen as an alternative
to investment in new equipment, we take the entire lifetime of your
equipment into account and use that information as the basis for
determining prearranged change outs and overhaul schedules.
BRINGING IT ALL TOGETHER
Following our initial inspection of the equipment and the working
situation, we can deliver tailor made maintenance services that fit
specific customer needs. Taking into account various factors – including
the state of the equipment, budget, time-frame, global location – we can
draft maintenance, refurbishment or upgrade schedules.
