BHK Holz-u.Kunststoff KG H. Kottmann is one of the leading manufacturers of decorative
interior products and furniture parts. Under the brand moderna® we are manufacturing floors,
wall & ceiling panels and staircase systems.
BHK was founded as a carpenter`s shop and transport company in 1971. Since then, BHK
developed to an international group of companies with locations in Great Britain and Lithuania.
These forty years of experience gave us the competence to develop the trenovo staircase system
in the year 2010.
The trenovo system is the complete solution for new constructions and renovations. Its
professionalism is not only shown in the detail oriented materials but also in the look and feel of
the surfaces.
For you as a customer the trenovo system offers best material quality, short ways of communication,
flexible reaction times and a perfected logistic.

UNICLIC –
the patent click-system
trenovo uses the UNICLIC click-system because it is among the best on the market.
The individual planks can be clicked together very quickly with the tension provided by
the tongue and groove connection. This makes the installation easy and secure.
The additional option of joining the boards horizontally makes installation easy even
in spaces that are difficult to access (e.g. below radiators or door frames).
UNICLIC is characterized by its high accuracy of fit, flush positioning with respect to
height and seamless, form fitting connection.

At BHK we feel obligated as both people and as a company to do everything we can to preserve our resources and protect our environment. The trenovo staircase system and all other products are produced with great care and responsibility towards nature.
In selecting materials we make sure that they are natural, demonstrate high quality and are manufactured in an environmentally sustainable manner. We use only wood materials and woods that are sourced from sustainable forestry. This is
demonstrated by the PEFC certificate. PEFC certified material can be ordered on request. Our basic values are part of our
system. For this reason, compliance with environmental guidelines, product quality and work safety in our facilities are
audited at regular intervals. Since the year 2000 we have been certified in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
We burn wood and paper waste in our own power plant and use the power generated for our heat and electrical power
supply.

Objectline
trenovo vinyl surfaces are very tough and therefore perfect for the use in apartment buildings
and commercial applications like hotels or offices. You can choose between authentical wood
and stone surfaces. Furthermore the decors are extremely wear resistant, comfortable to walk
on and easy to clean.
