Michael King and his fantastic collection of musicians bring you an exciting two hour show filled with Fury’s greatest hits including Jealousy, I Will, In Thoughts of You, and Halfway to Paradise to name but a few, all delivered in true Fury style. This is the sixth consecutive year that the event has taken place and is an evening dedicated to celebrating the talent of the dancers from over ten of Stockport’s Secondary Schools and Colleges. Students aged between 11 and 18 will be showcasing their talents and performing an array of different dances in a variety of styles including Contemporary, Street and Hip Hop as well as Jazz. There is also a collaborative finale piece performed by a small number of students from each school and college involved. The group has remained a trio with 2 original members since Sheila Ferguson left many moons ago. A firm favourite with Prince Charles They sang at his 30th birthday party and were guests at his wedding to Princess Diana. The Three Degrees are well known for their soulful voices, beautiful gowns, and fabulous stage shows. They are known all around the world for songs like "When will I see you again", "Dirty Ol' Man", "Take Good Care Of Yourself". They have been continuously touring for more than 40 years and are still touring to this day. When new Sheriff Martin Brody discovers the remains of a shark attack victim, his first inclination is to close the beaches to swimmers. Soon Quint, Brody and Matt Hooper from the Oceanographic Institute are at sea hunting the Great White Shark. As Brody succinctly surmises after their first encounter with the creature, they’re going to need a bigger boat.
