For 2016, Interbike is dramatically enhancing our mobile app capability by partnering with Core-Apps, the app provider
currently being used by other Emerald shows, including Outdoor Retailer. With their seamless integration with our exhibition
software, Core-Apps will provide attendees with a significantly enhanced mobile experience. Our new app also offers a feature
where each show year has an app that lives within an overall shell for the brand. The separate Interbike and Fall CycloFest
apps will live together within one app shell. This means as a mobile app sponsor you get double the exposure as your mobile

Do I Qualify to Participate in the “Made in America” Showcase?
You can participate in the “Made in America” Showcase if:
• Your product is labeled “Made in the USA” per FTC guidelines (see link to download FTC Guidelines)
• If “all or virtually all” of your product is made in America. That is, all significant parts, processing, and labor that go into the
product must be of U.S. origin. Products should not contain any – or should contain only negligible – foreign content.
• To participate in the “Made in America” neighborhood at Interbike 2016, you will be required to provide a detailed
submission that indicates clearly 65% or more of your products are produced in the U.S.
Space in the “Made in America” Showcase and dedicated show floor is limited and submissions will be selected on a firstcome, first-served basis. Applications are now being accepted and interested companies can apply here. The showcase will
be located in the front entrance of Hall C and the “Made in America” neighborhood will be located in a high traffic area in
Hall E. Both areas will feature educational information about U.S. sourcing and manufacturing, as well as information about
participating companies and their products. To learn more about the showcase goals and participation details, please visit
the Interbike website or contact your Interbike Account Executive. The deadline for applications is August 15th, 2016.

FIT SYMPOSIUM
The Interbike Fit Symposium is a must-attend event for retailers and fit specialists seeking to learn
about the latest trends in fit tech. Participants will hear from some of the most well-respected
leaders in bike fitting and meet the brands leading the category today. The event will cover
numerous levels of topics within static and dynamic fit, including cleat/shoe/pedal interface, fitting
on a budget and more – all designed to have participants leave the event with takeaways that they
can implement in their store when they get home.
The 4-hour summit will take place on Tuesday, September 20, 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm. There are three
scheduled breaks scheduled during the symposium to network and meet with the sponsor brands
and participating speakers, along with a more in-depth Q&A. Only registered Interbike retailer
attendees are eligible to attend.
Sponsorship Opportunities
This unique sponsorship opportunity is limited to just 20 companies located right outside the
Fit Symposium ballroom. These spaces are intended to be tabletop displays only and would
be measured at approximately 6’x30” placed in the hallway outside of the entrance. Each
space would come with a 6’ skirted table and two chairs. The emphasis for participating
companies should be making connections with fitters and bike retailers, then encouraging
them to spend more time in their respective booths on the show floor.
