Consists of chicken pakora, vegetable pakora,
aubergine pakora and mushroom pakora
The world famous Indian snack of crisp onion
indulged with spices and coated with gram flour,
deep-fried and shaped like a burger!
A selection of chicken tikka, lamb tikka and shikh
kebab roasted in the tandoori oven. Served with
fried onions.
Tender pieces of chicken breast fillets grilled in a
tandoori clay oven. Garnished with fried onions and
pure ghee.
Tender lamb marinated in strained yoghurt with an
extract of ginger, garlic, crushed cloves, cinnamon,
roasted cumin seeds and cardamom. Roasted in the
clay oven and finished with fresh coriander.
Button mushrooms, lightly spiced with a touch of
garlic and coriander. Pan-fried.
Lightly spiced chick peas with diced cubed roasted
potatoes, chopped onions, fresh coriander and

Consisting of yoghurt, cream and milk, giving it a rich creamy

A fragrant dish slightly sweetened by the addition of
pineapple, lychee and creamed coconut and finished with

Cooked with honey and our special buttered sauce which is
made with coconut, almonds, sultanas and cream giving it a

Jaipuri.
Cooked with ground onions, green peppers in a button
mushroom and special tamarind sauce.
Saag (Palak)
Cooked with fresh chopped spinach leaves in a thick onion,
roasted garlic, spring onion and methi leaves.
Kathmandu.
Pan fried yellow lentils cooked and sizzled with chopped
fresh garlic, ginger spring onion, roasted cinnamon and
cumin seeds with a slice of lemon.

Cooked with granished garlic and lots of fried tomatoes
dressed with fresh coriander.

Cooked in a thick vibrantly spiced tomato sauce with
fenugreek leaves providing a delicious medium hot flavour.

Tender spring chicken off the bone marinated in
spices and roasted in the tandoori oven. Cooked
with chopped garlic, spring onion, methi leaves and
