WAVE FILES are intended to be used as « drag and drop ». Simply drag the sounds
into you DAW and blend them with your music. Sometimes you may want to up/
down pitch some .wav files to make them sounds better with your piece. For example,
one of the sounds would have a timpani with a C note tone, and your piece is in C#
sharp, you may want to pitch up the wav file to suit perfectly with your composition
tonality.

THE .NKI FILE was made for people using Kontakt 4 & 5. We added an EQ button for
quick changes in frequencies if needed (press “alt” while moving the knobs to see
data), and a tuner to change tones rapidly (press “shift” will changing the pitch, the
bar will move with more precision). Note that a too wide range can alter the quality of
the sound. Though an excessive pitching can make an interesting experience! The
One shot button makes a note play the entire file by just pressing your keyboard key
briefly. The release button makes the played note last as long as the key is pressed.

1) Tuner Panel: using the table, you can set the tune of each notes separately, within a
range of ± 2400 cents. By pressing the "shift" key while adjusting the pitch values in
the table, you can increase the precision. Use the reset button (3) to turn all the values
back to zero.
2) Tuner Navigation: the 150 sound files are split into 5 keyboards that you can access
via the keyswitches. The tuner panels has 4 tables; one per keyboard. You can navigate
through these 4 tables (and keyboards) using the navigation arrows. Notice that
keyswitches and navigation arrows have exactly the same effect.
3) Tuner Reset Button: this button allows you to turn all the table values back to zero.
It only affects the table that is currently visible. For example, pressing the reset button
while you are on the third table will only set the third table values down to zero, with
no incidence on the tables n°1, 2 and 4.
4) Trigger Mode Selector: it allows you to choose between the "one shot" mode (by
default), where samples are played entirely when a key is pressed (even if the key is
released) and the "release" mode, where the sound stops when the key is released.
5) File Name Indicator: it outputs the corresponding sound file's name while playing a
note. This way you can easily find the corresponding .wav file back.
6) Eq Controls: while using the Eq knobs, you can press the "alt" key to display the
parameters values. As far as that goes, pressing the "shift" key will increase the
precision.
