The HARD LIFE RAFT SYSTEM
Helicopter Air Droppable Rescue Device
The HARD Life Raft System is designed to provide total protection of the onboard life raft. The concept was initially designed for the US Special Forces 160th SOAR (A) on board CH-47 Chinook Helicopter, however the HARD Life Raft System can be easily modified for other aircraft applications.
The HARD Life Raft System is a series of life raft configurations that feature a rugged canister, environmentally packaged life raft, integrated single-point release mechanism and optional survival kit.
HARD Life Raft Systems are capable of deployment by one (1) person and easily transported by 1 or 2
persons. The raft is environmentally packaged which: reduces bulk and maintenance frequency, improves storage, saves on replacement costs and protects the life raft from exposure to abrasions, foreign matter and punctures.

The HELP™ kit is designed to enable rotary wing aircraft launch an air-droppable inflatable platform for their
own use or in support of the rescue of others in need.
Model H6 will provide flotation for up to six survivors and

REDUCED MAINTENACE FREQUENCY
Cost savings are also realized because of reduced maintenance cycles. Typically
the maintenance frequency of life support equipment is semi-annual or more frequent. When the material is environmentally packaged, the recommended maintenance frequency is lengthened to 5 years or more.

Environmentally packaged equipment will last longer as they are protected from
everyday wear & tear that life support equipment is normally subject to.

BILLY PUGH™ HELICOPTER RESCUE NETS
Air / Land / Sea
Billy Pugh nets offer a safe means of pick-up and transport of personnel and or survivors by helicopter. Designed for use in the harshest of environments, these nets can be used on land or in
water (flotation collar is optional).
When the net is trailing or in water, its opening is stabilized by the use of a removable sea anchor
or drogue. The nets are designed to place the occupant safely to the rear of the net, preventing
inadvertent fallout.
Various models are available, offering different configurations in sizes, flotation and folding capabilities.

Fast Rope Systems provides efficient & safe methods for inserting and evacuating personnel. Fast Ropes are available in several stock variation and can be made in any custom length. We can furnish the Fast Rope with or without F.R.I.E.S. (Fast Rope Insertion / Extraction System) loops. Our ropes have a soft eye splice (loop) in the top and
are whipped and heat sealed on the bottom. In addition to the loop we can also
install a steel ring In the line so that the line may be hooked to the davits that are
found on certain helicopters. The eye splice is the strongest and safest method of
terminating this line. It develops approximately 85% of the break strength of the
line.

TACTICAL HARNESSES
STABO/TACTICAL FULL BODY HARNESS
Specially designed for rapid rappel and extraction operations. The waist and sternum buckles have secondary velcro safety closure over buckles. Mil spec load bearing vest shoulder straps are sewn into the
harness allowing the harness to be worn under any military load bearing vest by replacing the existing
harness straps with the Stabo straps and connecting the Alice clips of the vest the the waist of the harness. Leg pouches on the harness allow for leg loops to be stowed away when not in use. Redesigned in
