About Us
It has been our pleasure to work with our many varied clients since our start
in 1972. We have grown from a small equipment rental store to serving our
clients with their equipment and special event needs at our three locations in the
Philadelphia area. We still remain a family owned and operated business with two
generations to serve you. A considerable number of our team have grown with the
company and worked with our loyal clients over the years. We take great satisfaction
in the growth of our company and the list of caterers, hotels, corporations, temples,
churches, universities and local families that have come to depend on us for their
special event equipment needs.
Whether you are planning a simple back yard party, an elegant wedding,
bridal/baby shower, bar/bat mitzvah or other religious event, a corporate event ,

These figures are for maximum seating. If space is
available for more comfortable seating, allow an
additional 2 sq. ft. per person
Aside from main traffic areas, allow 54" between
round tables for chair and service space and 60"
between oblong tables where seating is back-to-back.
This permits 24" service space behind 18" chair
depth.
For Classroom Style Seating
Divide the “student” seating area (sq. ft.) by 8.
For Theater Style Seating
Divide the “spectator” seating areas (sq. ft.) by 6. This
method of figuring allows for chair and passage aisle.
It does not allow for problems caused by
traffic aisle, location of columns, service doors or
unique room shapes. It is useful for a quick, general

All About Renting
Most of our equipment can be transported by the customer. Rates for
delivery and pick-up are on an individual basis determined by the size of
the order and distance of travel. Delivery is available to all locations.
Our delivery personnel are instructed to neatly stack all items in a
mutually agreed upon place on delivery. Delivery prices are for first
floor, tailgate delivery. Additional requirements may be subject to extra
charges. Arrangements for a setup and for knock-down must be made
in advance with an additional charge.
A Security Deposit/Cancellation Charge is required to reserve all rental
equipment. MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards are accepted. All
contracts must be paid in full before delivery or pick-up.
Any changes to your order must be made at least 72 hours in advance
of your pick-up or our delivery of the equipment rented. Cancellation
charges do apply.
We package our equipment in special containers for china, glassware,
silver, etc., to insure that you receive your items sterilized, undamanged,
sparkling, and Table Ready. All china, glassware, silver, etc., should be
cleaned and repacked in the same condition as delivered. Glassware
should be turned upside down in the racks. Flatware should be cleaned,
sorted and packed separated by item. China should be cleaned and
packed sideways in their racks whenever possible to cut down on
transport breakage. All tables and chairs should be folded and stacked
for pick-up at a mutually agreed, single location. Items not meeting
these requirements will be subject to additional fees. Linens must be
returned dry. For sanitary reasons, all equipment must be returned
clean. Items returned dirty are subject to a cleaning charge
Responsibility for rental items remains with the renter from the time of
delivery to the time of return. Please be sure all rental items are
secured when not in use and protected from the weather. We offer an
optional DAMAGE WAVIER so that you can be protected from accidental
damage. This does not cover missing equipment, negligence, or willful
destruction of rented equipment. If you opt not to take the damage
waiver, you will be charged the replacement cost for damaged, and
missing equipment.
