How to access
BASTIA
•  From Bastia
– From Bastia follow PORTO VECCHIO
(N198 also going to Aleria,
Gishonaccia, Solenzara & Bonifacio)
during app. 130 kms;
– App. 2 kms after LECCI de PORTO
VECCHIO village (still N198) you will
see a roundabout. Continue straight
(do not take ecole-school direction)
during 300 meters and take left
(D668);
– Follow the road during app. 3 kms;
– When arriving at the VITO gaz station
(on your left) crossing, take right for 1
km;
– Take left at the next crossing, follow
CALA ROSSA;
– Approximately 500 meters after you
will see tennis courts on your right;
– The MARINA ROSSA residence
entrance is situated 300 meters after,

–  The receptionist will welcome you at the Welcome Office to
guide you to your villa;
–  You can park your car just close to the office (first road on
your right when entering the residence).
•  Keys
–  Residence gate:
You will be provided with a remote control to access the
residence without having to step down from your car.
–  Villas:
You will be provided with 2 keys for your villa.
•  Deposit
–  A 900 € deposit by cash or check will be requested at your
arrival. It will be returned at the end of your stay, less the
cost of any breakage.

–  Villas should be vacated by 10 AM on Sunday, in order
to allow cleaning of the houses.
–  If you should like to modify this hour(later flight or
boat ) please contact Mr MELONI. to get an
arrangement.
•  Keys
–  Keys of villa (2) and remote control for residence gate
should be returned to Mr MELONI.
•  Deposit
–  Mr MELONI will return your deposit on the day of your
departure, once villa has been checked.
•  Garbage
–  Villas must be cleaned before departure, especially
regarding perishable food and drinks.
