Yoga teaches you how to attain mental and physical control. Learn about asanas, breathing, meditation, positive thinking,
relaxation and, ultimately, how to rise above your weaknesses. Yoga brings a sense of peace and happiness. Yoga doesn’t
push spirituality; you find it on your own. Yoga is the relationship with your own self that becomes the sense of spirituality.
That’s the heart and soul of yoga. “Be Yourself.”
