About Us
Dear Friend…
There’s something special about a child’s smile. So special, in fact, that several years ago, those
very smiles changed my life when I started using my talent for woodworking to build playhouses.
As I saw children’s faces light up again and again, I felt an enormous sense of satisfaction knowing that I was playing a small part in helping these families make memories together. And on a
much greater scale, I felt as if I had discovered what God wanted me to do with the talents and
gifts He had given me.
So in 1999, I created the Little Cottage Company® to create special moments over and over for
parents and children everywhere. Throughout the years, we have continued to expand our catalog
to include a variety of high-quality structures and poly furniture for adults as well as children.
Our collections of durable, low maintenance poly furniture feature many pieces that encourage
spending time outdoors with family and friends. Enjoy a breezy summer afternoon, sit around a
bonfire with neighbors on a crisp fall night, listen to the sounds of crickets, or enjoy a night of
star gazing with loved ones.
Each piece is built with both stylish functionality and supreme comfort in mind and is the perfect
place to relax in the space that God created for us all to enjoy. The way I see it, our playhouses,
structures, and outdoor furniture provide people just like you with the opportunity to enjoy wholesome activities with family and friends.
As a man of great faith, I believe very strongly that family and friends are some of God’s most
powerful gifts. And regardless of any worldly possessions, because of my family and friends, I
consider myself to be a very wealthy man. Every moment with them, every moment made, only
adds to my wealth and happiness. Yes, God has blessed me in so many ways. Every day, I give
thanks and praise for the memories I have with my loved ones, for Jesus Christ who is my personal salvation, and for the promise of the everlasting.
My hope is that a Little Cottage Company® structure will help you enjoy many special moments
with those you love and give you the opportunity to create countless memories that will last a
lifetime.

Limited Warranty for
Poly Furniture Built by
Little Cottage Company
Little Cottage Company offers to the original purchaser a limited non-transferable warranty for materials and workmanship on Poly
Furniture. This warranty is for Twenty Years (20) for Residential use and Five Years (5) for Commercial use from the date of purchase under
normal use and service conditions. Little Cottage Poly Furniture shall be free from material defects in workmanship and materials.
Stainless steel fasteners and hardware are included in this warranty. Stainless steel fasteners and hardware may rust or corrode in
some conditions if not maintained properly. Rusting or corroding fasteners and hardware or structural failures due to rusting or corroding are not covered by this warranty
Cushions are warrantied to be free from manufacturing defects for One Year (1). Compression of cushions is not covered by the warranty.
This warranty does not apply to normal weathering, fading, scratching, chipping or staining of the Poly Furniture. Normal expansion
and contraction is to be expected due to changes in temperature and humidity. This may result in slight bending or bowing of the poly
material and is not considered to be a defect in material or workmanship.
Little Cottage does not warranty against and is not responsible for the following: Damage resulting from abuse or negligent and the
application of paint, varnish or other coating or chemical not approved by Little Cottage. Damage caused by unauthorized service or
repair, not using the Poly Furniture for its intended use, improper handling and storage or acts of God.
If a product is not returned within thirty days (30) of the date of original purchase, Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and
handling charges that may apply. Purchaser shall notify dealer where the product was purchased from and provide proof of purchase
with the original receipt and written description and photo of the defect. All claims shall be submitted within ten (10) days after the
expiration of the warranty to Little Cottage Company, LLC. 4070 State Route 39 Millersburg, OH 44654. Little Cottage reserves the right
to repair some or all components, authorize a third party to make repairs, replace with a product of equal or greater value, or refund
with dealer credit, for the defective product.
Little Cottage makes no warranties other than those warranties specifically described herein. Little Cottage makes no implied warranty of
merchantability or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Little Cottage shall not be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages, whether such damages are sought in contract, tort or otherwise. The liability for a defective product shall in no event
exceed the replacement of the product or the return of the purchase price. Some states do not allow limitations of implied warranty so this
limitation may not apply to you. This warranty shall only be enforceable in the United States of America and Canada.
