FROM THE HEADMASTER
School trip car park restrictions
Year 1 are visiting the Look Out and Year 6 head to the Pitt Rivers Museum on Tuesday and in order to allow
room for their coaches to drop off and pick up, access to the central part of the bottom car park will be
restricted in the morning and afternoon. This will also apply on Wednesday 11th March when Reception go to
the London Aquarium.
Sport information
Please could I remind parents to use the website as a first point of information for all sports events, rather than
calling the Games Department or School Office. Dates of matches, timings and team sheets are on the website
and any changes to published times will be notified by Clarion.
Girls’ hairbands
Girls should only be wearing hairbands in the school colours—no multi-coloured hair items, thankyou!
Non-uniform day
Don’t forget we will have a non-uniform day to raise money for the Ebola Crisis on Thursday 12th March.
St Piran’s Day!
Next Thursday we will be celebrating St Piran’s Day with the Millstone Race and General Knowledge Quiz!

Summer Ball “Puttin’ On the Ritz!”
Saturday 6th June 2015
You should all have received your ticket and tables form for the Ball on the
6th June, including menu and wine options. I hope most of you have
started getting your tables together and are ready to complete the forms to
bring in on ticket sales day, 5th March, when we’ll be around at drop off and
pick up times to take your ticket order forms.
For those that don't have a full table, or are looking to join another, please
don't worry, just complete the form and we'll try to match you up as best we
can!
If you are able to offer any auction prizes, silent or live; big or small, we'll be very grateful to
receive them!
If you have any queries, ideas on prizes etc, please do get in touch [email protected]
