DYNAMIC TECHNOLOGY
DYNASTAT 10,5mm
The DYNASTAT conforms to two standards, both the semi-static (CE EN 1891 type A)
and the dynamic rope standard (CE EN 892).
First and foremost, it is a classic semi-static rope, with little stretch. Ideal for work positioning, DYNASTAT is
well adapted to various types of work on ropes, rescue and tactical applications.
In the event of an abrupt and violent fall, an internal Vectran ‘fuse’ will rupture; the rope then becomes
dynamic, with all the inherent security of dynamic rope. The fuse will rupture under a force of around 3 kN.
This rope is ideal for delicate operations at height, pylon climbing, clock towers, rescue and rapid technical
intervention.
This rope is supple and easy to handle, it does not shrink and therefore does not become stiff with use.
With only 2% stretch, it is ideal for work on rope; with resistance equal to 10 falls at 1.77 fall factor,
it is a truly excellent dynamic rope.

DYNA PRO 8
DYNA PRO 8 is an adjustable, dynamic rope lanyard with sewn terminations.
Its dynamic performance is vastly superior to that of traditional static lanyards.
By making his own double fig-8 knot point of attachment to his harness the operator can obtain an
asymmetric ‘V’ lanyard adjusted to his specific needs.
In this configuration, made in accordance with instructions, the lanyard meets Standard EN354.
The security of the operator is improved in the event of a fall on the lanyard because the dynamic rope
hugely reduces the impact force. By making his own double fig-8 knot, the operator is able to clip long or
short. Passing intermediate anchors is easier because of the two strands.
Strength: Up to 2500Kg (2200Kg per strand with a fig-8 knot)

DYNA PRO V
DYNA PRO V is an asymmetric dynamic rope lanyard with sewn terminations.
The dynamic performance of this lanyard is therefore greatly superior to that of
traditional static lanyards.
The security of the operator is improved in the event of a fall on the lanyard because the dynamic rope
hugely reduces the impact force.
The DYNA PRO V, in conformity with the instructions, meets Standard EN354.
Using a maillon rapide, DYNA PRO V can be attached to the chest ring of any harness, and offers the possibility to clip short or long. Sewn terminations fitted with a sleeve to protect the rope and a pinch to hold the
karabiner in position.
Strength: Up to 2200Kg, incl. between the end and the knot.

Provide your rope with armour. This Rope Armour is a patented metallic plaited sheath
used to protect the rope from sharp or abrasive edges or tools. This flexible armour
is more durable and efficient than conventional rope protectors.
Once it has been pulled onto the rope, the Rope Armour can be moved along the rope to
the point of abrasion where the rope is at risk : roof edge, grinder or sander, excessive
friction zone, etc.

BEAL TECHNOLOGIES
UNI CORE PROCESS
This patented technology permanently bonds the sheath to the core by a revolutionary new polymerization process.
It is an astonishing process, bonding rope sheath and core without affecting the rope’s flexibility. Even in the
most severe conditions of use the sheath will not slip.
If the sheath is severed or torn, core and sheath remain bonded together. With a standard rope, if the
sheath is damaged by abrasion over an edge, a frequent occurrence in work at height and in rescues, it
slides and gathers over some metres. Thanks to the Uni Core Process the sheath remains in place and the
user can escape, either by descent or ascent.
The Uni Core Process spectacularly improves performance and security, even in the most extreme
conditions.
This manufacturing process is available on the ropes Access 10.5mm and Baobab 13.5mm.
Available in 20m, 30m, 40m, 50m, 100m, 200m lengths and made-to-measure.

HEAT RESISTANT TECHNOLOGY
Made with an Aramid sheath, capable of withstanding a long period close to a major source of heat, the Raider 11mm is the ideal partner during an intervention in a high
temperature environment.
This advanced technology ensures that the Raider 11mm is resistant to heat of up to 400°C, for a period
of at least 15min.
After such exposure to heat, the rope has residual strength of about 1490Kg; the user can escape, either
by descent or ascent, even using the part of the rope which has been subjected to the heat.

CHEMICAL
CHEMICAL RESISTANT TECHNOLOGY
The abrasive effect of chemicals on polyamide is often underestimated. A chemical
product can cut through a classic rope of 100% polyamide in less than 4 minutes.
That’s why BEAL invented a semi-static rope with an inner Aramid sheath, covered by
a classic sheath. This rope allows access in the presence of certain dangerous chemicals.
The Hotline 11mm is a type A semi-static rope manufactured using this technology.
