The Lot Inventory is an estimate of the number of single-family (SF) residential lots that are permit-ready. The Lot Pipeline represents the lots that are in the approval process (formal submittal received). LOT INVENTORY: By dividing the number of lots by the average monthly permits issued (from the previous 12 months), we can estimate the months of inventory.
