FAN GUIDE
NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS
welcome to gillette stadium
Dear Patriots Fan,
On behalf of the entire organization, we thank you for your loyalty and passionate support of the New England Patriots.
We are incredibly proud to have rewarded our fans with a decade like the one we just completed. Together, we celebrated
more victories (126) in one decade than any other franchise in NFL history. In addition, the Patriots’ 14 playoff victories in
the 2000s tied both the Steelers and Cowboys of the 1970s for most postseason wins in a decade. We also celebrated a
league-leading seven division titles, four conference championships and winning three Super Bowls. But, we recognize that
past accomplishments do not guarantee future success. As we turn the page to a new decade of Patriots football, we remain
as committed to winning as we did when we bought the team 16 years ago.
While we have successfully established a championship tradition, we have also established what we believe is a championship philosophy. We will continue to build teams from top to bottom, with as much consideration for the final player on
the roster as the first. We will acquire players who are hard-working, prepared, committed to winning and willing to sacrifice
personal success for the success of the team. We will continue to try to position ourselves to win not just this season, but in
future seasons. We honed that philosophy over the course of the last decade and we will remain true to it going forward.
In addition to what will stay the same, we enter this new decade with a keen focus on what will change. We intend to
continue to improve the fan experience to reward your commitment to the Patriots. Beginning in 2010, you will see significant changes at Gillette Stadium that will enhance your game day experience. We are also amending the Patriots Pass It On
season ticket transfer program, making it easier for season ticket holders to transfer their accounts to family members and
friends with whom you have shared your account over the years. Stay tuned for announcements and updates about other
improvements and opportunities that will take place throughout the year.
Thank you for your continued loyalty to the New England Patriots. Together, we hope to make this new decade as successful as the last.
Sincerely,
Robert K. Kraft

promotional purposes (or other commercial use, such as contests or sweepstakes) is prohibited
without the Patriots’ written consent.
Season Ticket Renewals
Season ticket sales in future seasons are subject to any changes, limitations and/or deadlines that

GILLETTE STADIUM INFORMATION AND POLICIES
GILLETTE stadium INFORMATION AND POLICIES
Gillette Stadium takes great pride in being your host on game days and providing a safe, enjoyable experience
for you upon each of your visits. Below is important information about stadium policies and procedures. If after
reading this you have any questions about attending a Patriots game at Gillette Stadium, do not hesitate to
contact us at 508-543-8200. Please also take the time to read our Fan Code of Conduct on Page 10.
STADIUM ENTRY
Stadium gates typically open two hours prior to kickoff. Please allow
plenty of time for the entrance procedures. Everyone who seeks
admission into the stadium must have a valid ticket for the game
(including small children) and must consent to a search of his or her

herein limits the right of the Patriots to revoke such licenses at any
time and for any reason, at the Patriots’ sole discretion.

• The uBid.com Gate — located in the southwest corner.
The gates at each location are identified for males or females to assist
pedestrian flow.

d) engaging in rowdy, profane, abusive, inconsiderate, drunken, or

f) causing property damage.
These actions may also be cause for arrest and prosecution. See also
the Fan Code of Conduct on page 10.
RE-ENTRY POLICY
Persons leaving Gillette Stadium will not be allowed to re-enter.
PATRON SCREENING AND

fan code of conduct
2010 fan code of conduct
The New England Patriots and Gillette Stadium are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable
experience for fans of all ages, both in the stadium and in the parking lots. We are proud to support a leaguewide initiative by the National Football League to promote fan code of conduct initiatives designed to enhance
the experiences for all fans. All Patriots patrons are expected to take responsibility for their conduct. We want all
fans to enjoy their day of game experience and ask all of our patrons to make sure they are not doing anything
that would negatively impact the enjoyment of others. Fans attending games are required to refrain from the following behaviors:
• Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature.
• Intoxication or other signs of alcohol impairment that results in
irresponsible behavior.
• Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.
• Interference with the progress of the game (including throwing
objects onto the field).
• Failing to follow instructions of stadium personnel or law enforcement;
• Verbal or physical harassment of any of our guests, including
other fans, players, coaches or staff.
• Smoking in areas other than those designated as “smoking area.”
• Violating the New England Patriots ticketing policies.
All event patrons are responsible for their conduct as well as the
conduct of their guests or any other people they allow to use their
tickets, both in Gillette Stadium and in any areas outside of Gillette
Stadium that are either owned or operated by Gillette Stadium or its
affiliates. Stadium staff will promptly intervene to support an environment where event patrons, their guests, and other fans can enjoy the
event free from inappropriate behavior. Event patrons and guests who
violate these provisions will be subject to ejection without refund and
potential loss of ticket privileges for future games. The New England
Patriots, Gillette Stadium and the NFL thank you for adhering to our
fan code of conduct.
parking and transportation
Gillette Stadium strives to make your visit as safe and efficient as possible. Knowing where to park and how to get there,
as well as what other transportation options are available, will improve your experience. Below is information on where
to park on game days as well as other important information about parking and transportation at Gillette Stadium. If
you have any questions or concerns about parking at Gillette Stadium, do not hesitate to call 508-549-0477 or e-mail
[email protected].
GENERAL PARKING INFORMATION
Parking lots operated by Gillette Stadium and its affiliates open four
hours before kickoff, unless otherwise specified. Parking lots will
close within two hours after each game unless otherwise specified.
Parking lot re-entry is not allowed. Each parking lot is numbered to
assist you in identifying your location. In addition, each light pole is
numbered and corresponds with the parking lot number.
To provide all visitors with a safe and enjoyable visit to Gillette
Stadium, the following parking lot restrictions apply on game days:
• Visitors must be in possession of a valid ticket to that day’s
game to gain access to parking lots.
• Parking license is limited solely to the purpose of parking your
vehicle on our property to gain entry to Gillette Stadium. Each
paid license entitles the licensee to occupy one parking space.
• Solicitation, commercial or otherwise, by anyone for any purpose is expressly prohibited.
• Sale of any food, beverage or other items in Gillette Stadium parking lots, either prepaid or walk-up, without obtaining prior written
approval of stadium management is expressly prohibited.
• Visitors must follow the directions given by the parking attendants and park within the space they designate for your use.
• Spaces cannot be held for vehicles arriving at a later time.
• Vehicles cannot be pulled into drive aisles after they are parked.
Failure to abide by these rules and restrictions will result in the immediate revocation of the individual’s parking license, the individual will
be escorted from the property, the vehicle will be towed at the owner’s
expense, and such conduct may result in the loss of season ticket
holder privileges.
