Speed of service is on 'best effort' basis.
Service is subject to availability and technical testing.
The 1st bill received will include an installation fee of RM88, a one
time service activation fee of RM75, a one-month subscription fee
(from date of service activation) and an advance charge of the 2nd
month subscription fee.
Minimum subscription
period is 12 months. If a customer
terminates the service before the end of minimum subscription
period, they are required to settle the subscription fees for the
remaining months and return the modem.
Termination of service due to relocation of premise will be
considered as pre.mature termination and will be charged as per
item iv-
vi.
Customer must pay the tmnet streamyx bill before the due date to
avoid the suspension of service. During the suspension period, TM
Net will continue to charge the customer for the monthly
subscription fee.
vii. tmnet streamyx basic package is applicable to personal applicant
only.
viii. 7 days auto account activation is applicable to tmnet streamyx
without modem and tmnet streamyx in-a-box package.
ix. All tmnet streamyx customers will enjoy TM Net's broadband
entertainment
channel accessible via BlueHyppo.com (for free
channel only).
x. For customer subscribing to 'without modem' package, the modem
can be purchased at TMpoint (formerly known as Kedai Telekom)
or by contacting our service contractor. For more information on
TM Net certified modem and a list of contractors, please visit
www.tm.net.my
xi. Modems will be provided for tmnet streamyx enterprise and
corporate packages.

RM88 on your installation fee. Simply follow the simple step-by-step
interactive guide and you will be connected in no time! What's more, you
can save on installation fee.

tmnet streamyx is a high-speed broadband Internet
access which provides an "always on" connection with
speeds from 512Kbps up to 2.oMbps.

Customer of TM fixed telephone line (tmnet streamyxdoes not support
COMA, ISDN, keyphones, PABX and hunting lines). If you do not have a
telephone line, you will need to apply and install one to subscribe to

Customer premise must be within 5 km distance from the supporting

check whether all service requirementsare fulfilled before the service
can be provided.
ii. Applicant must ensure that the equipment requirements are fulfilled
before installation.
Iii. Once an appointment is confirmed, applicant must furnish installer
with said requirements.Failureto do so will result in your accountand
billing being ACTIVATEDafter seven(7) days from the appointment
date. However,you may choose to cancelthe application and reapply
at a later date.
iv. TM Net is not responsible on setting up of networking for LocalArea
Network (LAN).
v. Applicant is required to do your own internal wiring of telephone line.

tmnet streamyx is a broadband Internet access that provides
an "always on" Internet connection at speeds ranging from
512Kbps up to 2.oMbps.
How do I subscribe for tmnet streamyx?
You can personally apply at tmnet clickers, TMpoint
(formerly known as Kedai Telekom), tmnet streamyx
Authorised Resellers or via online at www.tm.net.my and

vi. For applicants who have just installed tmnet streamyx, please check if
you have parallel phone line installed in the premise. If a parallel
phone line is present, please follow the diagram below as a guide.All
parallel phone lines should be done after the splitter. Splitter is a
device which is used to split data and voice signal. Some modems
have built in splitter.

For successful application of this package, you will be
provided with tmnet streamyx Self Installation CD - you
can save RM88on the installation fee. However,if you are
unable to complete the installation by "yourself and
require assistance from our installer, a fee of RM88 is
chargeable.
ii. With modem package
For applications under this package, our installer will be
contacting you for an installation appointment. You are
required to ensure that all equipment requirements are
fulfilled before the installation. An installation fee of
RM88 is chargeable. Alternatively, you can opt for tmnet
streamyx in-a-box for self-installation.
Can I change the package before installation?
You are not allowed to change the package before
installation. Should you need to do so, kindly cancel your
application and reapply.
Can I change my telephone number before installation?
Youare not allowedto change your
telephone number (used
for the application of tmnet streamyx) before installation.
Should you need to do so, kindly cancel your application
and reapply.
Can I have more
than one tmnet streamyx service within my
premise?
vii. Applicant must ensure that your fixed telephone line for tmnet
streamyxconnection is working at all times. TM Net is not responsible
for disconnectionof tmnet streamyx due to suspension of the line.
