Never before has your access been simpler or more
personalised: With eAccess, you create precise
access authorisations for each employee, guest, visitor, or resident in no time at all. With programming
from a single PC, you control all identiication devices and media within the system. The deinitions
for "Who may enter, when, and where?" are created
quickly and easily. Within just a few seconds, the
hotel room door recognises the guest, the E reader
of the server room recognises the programmer,
and the ofice door recognises the right employee.
Temporary access authorisations, e.g. for meeting
rooms, can be programmed just as effortlessly.
Every risk is eliminated.
eAccess is precisely attuned to your security
requirements. Every door and every entrance to
your building has an individual risk proile. Highsecurity zones receive an E protection itting. Doors
with low risk are equipped with the E organisation
itting. You also select the appropriate identiication
media in relation to the risks: The spectrum ranges
from the RFID code to the E reader. The eAccess
identiication devices record all activities – you can
purposefully reconstruct individual events with
the stored data.

Simple programming.
One PC, one card set and a NET radio dongle – that
is all you need to program eAccess throughout the
entire building. The Glutz eAccess software immediately detects all eAccess components and you
can assign the desired characteristics with just a
few clicks. Plug & Play at its finest – this is system
administration made fun.
NET wireless dongle –
access to the keyless system
Elaborate cable installation is a thing of the past. The
future is real-time wireless communication. Simply
connect the NET radio dongle to a USB port of your
PC. Glutz eAccess software records any access components within the dongle's range. Now you program
the individual identiication devices – it's child's play
thanks to the user-friendly interface of the eAccess
software. Your input is sent from the NET radio
dongle to the identiication devices. NET repeaters are
used to bridge distances in excess of 30 metres. Card
programming is suficient for simpler installations.
Networking over long distances.
With the expanded PC programming, you can network several ofices to form a single eficient overall system: The data is transmitted via LAN/WLAN
(TCP/IP) to NET gateways in your branch locations.
The NET gateways forward the signals wirelessly to
the local eAccess components. In this manner, you
control the access systems of all locations from a
central PC.

than the access medium. With just a

delete authorisations, which are immediately removed from the identiication
devices wirelessly. New users receive
access rights in the same manner: The
eAccess software automatically reads
the medium and the new access rights
are transmitted from the eAccess NET
wireless dongle on the PC to the identiication devices.

You program the eAccess components in your
headquarters as described to the left. For the programming of components in your ofices in other
locations, the system establishes contact with the
local NET gateway via LAN/WLAN (TCP/IP). The
NET gateways receive the information from the
headquarters and forward it wirelessly to the local

If desired, the E readers communicate
wirelessly with the E itting. The simplest
and safest communication in secured areas
of application – between outside reader
and protected area – takes place via the I/O
module.
Battery mode:
Effortless retrofitting.
Most identiication devices work in battery
mode. The advantage: Wireless installation
makes retroitting in the scope of conversions and renovations quick and easy.
Bidirectional data synchronisation:
Know what's happening.
Faults in the wireless network? No problem. The identiication devices also work
reliably in the event of a failure, because
the current authorisations are stored in
the individual device. The bidirectional
data synchronisation makes this possible.
The identiication devices read data which
comes in wirelessly and save it to their
memory. The synchronisation of data takes
place between the PC and E components
within the wireless range. Events are also
stored on all identiication devices (up to
3000 entries each) and are written to the
PC. Each event at each door can be seamlessly documented, if desired.

eAccess only uses technologies which will still be in use in the future. They are
distinguished by their precise data transmission and maximum security against
unauthorised access.
RFID
Radio Frequency Identiication automatically identiies
using electromagnetic waves. eAccess uses the 13.56
MHz Mifare standard (Mifare Classic, Mifare Plus, Mifare
Desire EV1). The 3DES encryption guarantees maximum security.
Code / TimeCode
All RFID/code E readers have a code keypad in addition
to RFID. The codes are transmitted wirelessly to the E
reader. TimeCode provides a process which can automatically generate temporary codes without the need
to establish a connection between the issuing point and
identiication device.
Glutz Wireless Access
The eAccess wireless components communicate on the
868 MHz frequency (industry standard). The encrypted
data transmission assures the highest security. Despite
wireless communication, the eAccess components are
distinguished by very low energy consumption.
