Master Cylinders
Tilton master cylinder kits are the most widely used in racing. Engineered
to provide optimum performance at an affordable price. Aluminum cylinders
are anodized for wear and corrosion resistance. Three different kit
configurations are available to meet the needs of racers.
These kits include the original Universal Kit, the Small
Reservoir Kit and the Large Reservoir Kit. Each kit
is available in a variety of bore diameters and have 1.1"
of maximum stroke.

Brake Proportioning Valves
Tilton's popular, adjustable hydraulic brake proportioning valve
enables the driver or a crew member to make adjustments of the
brake force to a particular wheel or wheels. The Lever Type model
provides a reliable visual reference for seven distinct brake force
reduction positions. The compact Screw Type provides fine
adjustments of brake force reduction.

Remote Brake Bias Adjusters
Remote Brake Bias Adjusters are designed to attach to balance
bars, such as those supplied in Tilton pedal assemblies. Allows
the driver to adjust brake bias quickly and accurately during
competition. Standard Model offers Tilton quality to budgetminded racers. Features a plastic adjustment knob and a
single detent design. Billet Model features an attractive and
durable adjustment knob with a non-slip rubber surface.
Double detents provide positive and distinct bias adjustments.

Over 25 years ago, we introduced balance bar technology
to racing in the United States. This technology is widely
accepted today. Balance bars take the force applied to the
pedal and distribute it to the front and rear master cylinders.
Available in a selection of shaft sizes to meet individual needs.
Assembly includes threaded shaft with spherical bearing, tube,
(2) clevises, (2) barrel nuts and (2) jam nuts.

weight without sacrificing strength or reliability. Our Overhung, Firewall, Floor and Remote-mount designs
fit virtually any application. Each design is available for use in a single, dual or triple master cylinder
configuration. The option of steel or aluminum pedal(s) is available on most designs.

Hydraulic Release Bearing Kits
Tilton offers the largest range of Hydraulic Release Bearing Kits for use in street or racing applications. These
assemblies are either direct bolt-on or require minimal modification for use. Each hydraulic release bearing
features a constant contact design that requires no adjustment after installation. Tilton Hydraulic Release
Bearings provide exceptional pedal feel and modulation characteristics that can’t be matched. Note:All kits
includes steel braided hoses and fittings.

These two-piece (bearing assembly & input shaft bearing retainer)

Tilton Ultimate Low Ground Clearance driveline packages offer superior performance and reliability over
competitor’s similar products. The Clutch-Flywheel-Assemblies have a lower rotating mass (MOI) for
faster engine acceleration and deceleration. Every component is engineered and manufactured to the
highest standards. Late Model Pro UTGC Driveline Packages include the 52-Series Modular Aluminum,
Modular Magnesium and the new Mono Magnesium.
UTGC 52-Series Modular Aluminum Packages
Designed for Late Model-style classes that allow
small diameter flywheels and clutches, reverse-mount
starters and aluminum bellhousings.
• Modular (two-piece) bellhousing. Blueprinted for parallelism and
concentricity. Offers lowest possible ground clearance. Weighs 11.5 lbs
• Small diameter (8.64") flywheel. Offers lowest possible
Moment-of-Inertia (MOI).

UTGC 52-Series Monohousing Packages
Tilton's latest addition to the UTGC family. The same engineering
that went into the successful OE Monohousing has been applied to
the UTGC version. Unlike the UTGC Modular bellhousings, this
bellhousing has the transmission plate incorporated into a one-piece
design with a replaceable transmission register ring.
• Monohousing (one-piece). Offers lowest possible ground clearance.
Rigid design does not require the use of a rear transmission support.
• Small diameter (8.64") flywheel.

Driveline Packages
Continually setting the standard for driveline components in Trans Am,
UTGC Driveline packages feature matched components optimal for most
forms of road racing. These packages offer the greatest ground clearance,

reverse-mounted to the bellhousings in order to move weight towards the
