Wellness starts with the head. To release tension in the shoulders, neck
and head area, you will lie on your back and be treated with targeted
pressure and harmonic vibrations. The whole head is targeted; the skull
and the scalp will be treated. The harmony achieved in the nervous and

stretching, pressure and light vibrations relaxes muscles, relieves tension and activates self-healing – all of which is amplified by the warm

SPA ETIQUETTE
BOOKING TREATMENTS
We advise you to book spa treatments prior to your arrival with
us. Book 7 days prior to your arrival to enjoy our early booking
discount of 5% and so that we may best provide you with your
desired reservations. Upon request, our spa team can advise you
and create a personal treatment programme completely according
to your wishes.
SPA CLOTHING AND TOWELS
For spa treatments, swimming, sauna or relaxation areas, you may
enter the spa in the comfort of your bathrobe from your room via
our in-house lift connections. Our labelled in-house spa bags with
bathrobes and bath towels are provided for you in your room or
suite. If you would like to take home a spa bag and would like
one for yourself, they can be purchased in various beautiful colours
from our hotel or spa reception area.

For reasons of hygiene, please always use a towel to sit on in all
sauna areas and in the infrared sauna.
FITNESS AND ACTIVE UNITS
We ask you to enter our fitness club and the active units in appropriate sportswear with clean training shoes. Show your hotel
card at the health club to receive a clean towel for your workout;
in addition, you can also use the solarium for free. Only guests
over 16 years old are permitted.
YOUR HEALTH IS IMPORTANT TO US
At the beginning of a spa treatment or active unit, our spa therapists and coaches will ask about your health and well-being. We
ask you to inform our professional staff about any conditions you
may have, such as allergies or injuries.
CHILDREN AT THE SPA
PLACE OF RELAXATION
Children, when accompanied by their parents or an adult supervisor, may enter the Kids Action spa as well as use the „Rock
pool“, and the „Sun“ rest room from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Please
understand that access to the sauna and the other relaxation
rooms and the rooftop pool „Mountain Lake“ is only permitted
for guests over 16 years.
Our Schwarzbrunn Spa is a place of relaxation and health promotion. Please refrain from using mobile phones and cameras
in the spa area. Smoking is not allowed in the spa area.
CANCELLATION OF SPA TREATMENTS
Please inform our spa team of postponements or cancellations at
least 12 hours prior to treatment. For last-minute cancellations and
no-shows, the treatment will be charged at 90%. Out of courtesy
towards other spa visitors, we kindly ask for your understanding
that booked treatment times will be strictly adhered to and a late
arrival will shorten your treatment time – more than 15 minutes late,
your treatment is automatically cancelled.
SAUNA WORLD SEA OF FLAMES
VALUABLES
In addition to the classic sauna area, which is advertised as a
nude area, our spa also has a textile-only sauna, steam bath
and infrared sauna area with a whirlpool. This textile-only section
should be accessed with swimwear or a bath towel as clothing.
Please keep jewellery and other valuables in your room safe. The
spa is not liable for valuables.

If your relaxation is interrupted due to a sauna visit or spa treatment, etc., we kindly ask you not to reserve loungers at the
same time.
FOOD AND DRINK IN THE SPA
In our sauna world, fruit drinks are available for free from 10:00
am to 8:30 pm. To maintain your comfort, you can now partake
of the lunch and afternoon buffets directly from the spa. We have
created a bathrobe area in the winter garden area of the restaurant, open from 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm.
