Perfect World is a 3D fantasy online game set in the world of Pangu. Here, entire
generations of gods have paved the way for the creation of great civilizations.
Perfect World is anchored on groundbreaking creative elements and features

with the power to create their own legend and, ultimately, their own Perfect
World.
Developed using a patented Element 3D engine, Perfect World presents our players
with a real 3D world. From its vast skies, to its murky depths, players will be able to
enjoy and explore the large seamless map of the Perfect World.
To log in, just click start in the PW Launcher.
Enter your username & password (found at the
back of the scratch card) at the start screen and
don’t forget to choose Serpent Server.
Perfect
World allows you to customize character
features from head to toe. Every detail of the human
body: hairstyle and color, facial
features such as distance of the
eyes, shape of the brows; body shape,
skin color, torso size, width of
limbs, etc. can be customized using a
unique slider system. Play around
with millions of possibilities! But
remember, you must create a Yu Mang
class character.
After creating your character,
log out and follow the steps under
PW STARTER KIT on the right.

The waypoint tracker function can be found by clicking the green
circle on the minimap (Located on the upper right of the screen).
Type in the coordinates in the Target box and click
the Set Waypoint button. (see diagram to the right).
A dialog box will appear allowing you to name the waypoint.
The new waypoint will appear on the landmark list, on the Minimap and as
an arrow pointing towards the destination.
Furthermore, opening the Map (M button) will also
display the waypoint as a flag.
You can Delete a Waypoint using the Delete Waypoint button (Item 7 on the diagram above). A confirmation dialog will appear asking whether you wish
to continue
You can have up to 5 waypoints tracked at a given time.
These will appear as arrows of
different colors.
Alternately, you can click the Delete All Waypoints
button (Item 8 on the diagram above) to clear all the
waypoints on the map. Once again, a dialog box will
appear asking you whether you really want to delete
all waypoints.
The guide NPC will be your very first ally that will
teach you the basics of Questing. Learning how to do
quests in Perfect World is very important! not only is it
a source of EXP and items, but
also certain quests will bestow
your characters with useful
skills that will aid you in your
adventures.

You’ve managed to complete your
very first quest. You might
have noticed that questing
will give your character
large amounts of EXP. There
are over 5000 quests spread
across Perfect World for
you
to
discover.
Perfect World boasts a wide assortment of quests that players
can take. Most of these quests are available for all, while some
are unique to each class, while a select few are given only
to those deserving players who try their best to unlock the
secrets of the Perfect World.
Every time you gain a level, or reach a certain fame, new quests
will be made available to you. However, in the vast land of the
Perfect World, it will be very difficult to look up every NPC in
the game. To assist you is the Find Quest function on the Quest
Window (Q).
Click the Find Quest button, and an alert will pop up, showing a random quest that you can take. It lists the Name of
the Requesting NPC and their Coordinates. You then use the
Tracker function to look for the NPC.
Don’t forget to do this every time you
gain a level!
After you have tracked down a Quest
NPC, simply talk to him and select a Quest
from the “Quest” option. Quests options
can be noted by the different-colored
dot next to the dialogue selection.
You will know you have received a new
quest once it appears on your quest list.
Note: Some NPCs do not have coordinates listed. In this case, it
means that the NPC either has

that you’ve acquired crafting skills, let’s have our first
attempt at crafting, for this lesson we’ll try crafting a weapon for
your character.
First, head back to town and
look for any of the Ironsmiths.
Open your item window (Alt+B),
check and make sure that the
following items are in your item
window:

Make sure you have ten [10] free item spaces in your inventory,
Then speak to the Ironsmith and then select the Craft Weapon
option.
After selecting the Craft Weapon option, a crafting window will
pop up. The crafting window is made up of several parts, shown in
the Diagram on the right.

Select V from the weapons tab, then highlight and
select the Auto Crossbow (mouse over each weapon to see
their names).
Next, in the quantity section, set it to ten [10], or just click
Max.
Sinally, click Craft.
After clicking it, a progress bar will appear to show how
long it takes to craft each piece.
On the product area you’ll see how many pieces have been
crafted, while in the message section, you’ll get to see the
items you’ve crafted as well as the EXP and Soul gained for
crafting each piece.
A few good things to remember about crafting:
Crafting in Perfect World NEVER fails. The abilities and
equipment grade are simply a matter of luck, there are
no stats, items, or class in game which can affect this. You
can always sell Unwanted or extra crafted equipment (no
ability, one star, etc.) to another player, or to an NPC for
yuan. Each time you craft, you not only gain crafting Exp,
but you gain actual Level, Exp, and Soul. You can even level
up just by crafting. Whenever a player crafts equipment, the
resulting item could have a number of special properties.
