STRUCTURAL GROUTS
DESCRIPTION
Grout must provide structural support
under load. Load transfer from columns
to bases, bases to foundations,
foundations to stable earth cannot
tolerate a “weak link” in the chain.
Bearing capacity is the most critical
requirement of a structural grout in its
hardened state. The fresh state properties
and placement techniques of a grout
govern its ability to harden in place and
provide the appropriate load bearing
capacity, with a suitable safety margin.
MS 40 - MEDIUM STRENGTH GROUT
Medium strength fluid flow grout 35 to 45 MPa (for tortuous path)
Ms40 contains very clean specially graded quartz combined with 52.5
Cem l, binders and specialised chemicals and minerals. The composition
when mixed with water, produces a fluid flow grout for tortuous path filling
of base plates, bolt holes, keyways and the like where limited access
preludes plastic packaging.

HS 60 - HIGH STRENGTH GROUT
High strength fluid flow grout 55 to 65 MPa (for tortuous path)
HSFF 60 contains very clean specially graded quartz combined with 52.5

STRUCTURAL REPAIR MORTARS
DESCRIPTION
Repair Mortars are specially formulated to
produce an easily applied, smooth
working mortar for patching structural
and non-structural concrete.
MICRO CONCRETE
Superplasticised small aggregate concrete for structural repairs.
MicroConcrete is formulated with cements,
secondary cementitious materials,superplasticisers
and chemicals to control plastic and hardened phase shrinkage.

CORROBLOCK
Patch mortar for repair of spalled concrete caused by corrosion of reinforcing bars.
A blend of quartz aggregate, hydraulic binders, pozzulans, corrosion
inhibitors, crystalline waterproofing additive, wetting agents and polymers.
It is especially useful for the repair of structures subject to chlorides or
carbonation.

LVE REPAIR
Low viscosity epoxy for crack intrusion.
LVE Epoxy Repair has bonding characteristics that are well suited for crack
repair. A two part epoxy system consists of resin and hardener. When two
part hardened epoxy is applied to a crack in the concrete, it fuses the
concrete together making a repair that is harder than the original concrete.

PATCH MORTAR
General Patch Mortar, available in a range of concrete colours.
General Patch Mortar (GPM) is specially
formulated to produce an easily applied, smooth
working mortar for patching structural and non-structural concrete.
GPM Repair Settled Grey is pigmented to take on the appearance of matured
concrete soon after patches are applied.

FAIRING COAT
Filler Patch Mortar, available in a range of concrete colours.
Fairing Coat is a blend of finely devided silica, possulanic fillers, Portland
cement, powder polymer, pigments and wetting aids.
A smooth easily trowellable filter pasted for concrete and plasters may be
prepared by mixing the Fairing Coat Powder with clean potable water.

SUPERFINE CRACK FILLER (SFCF)
Pumpable caulking for repair of large cracks
Superfine Crack Filler is a blend of cements, pozzulanic extenders, fillers,
pump aids, crystalline waterproofing and polymers.
Superfine Crack Filler can be low pressure injected into cracks of 500 micron
up to 5 mm to re-bond concrete, plaster, bricks and stone.
Yield approximately 2 Kg per litre.

CONCRETE DRESSING
DESCRIPTION
Concrete Dressing mortars and powders are
specially formulated to improve bonding, anticorrosion and waterproofing properties of
concrete.
CRYSTAL SKIM
Corrosion blocking waterproofing mortar.
CrystalSkim is a blend of cements, pozzulanic extenders, fine sand,
crystalline waterproofing additives, wetting aids and powder polymers.
Mixed with water to an easily trowelable consistency, CrystalSkim produces
a thixotroptic mortar which does not slump off vertical or overhead surfaces
easily.

PATCH PRIME POWDER PRIMER (P3)
Pre-polymered primer powder for wet to dry or dry to dry bonding.
Patch Primer Powder is a combination of selected rapid hardening cement,
thixotropes, pozzolans and dispersing agents.
P3 provides a uniquely mobile mixture which easily scrubs into surface
interstices of a concrete substrate and advances the bond line strength and
mechanical and chemical adhesion of overlayments, repair mortars and the
like onto hardened concrete.

CURING COMPOUNDS
DESCRIPTION
Curing compounds are designed to minimise
the loss of water during concrete cure,
producing concrete which is free of cracks, has
a dense stain-resistant surface, and has
minimal porosity to prevent the ingress of
water, chlorides, and other corrosive elements
which will attack reinforcing steel.
FP CURE
Polymer based membrane forming curing agent.
FP Cure is a water based acrylic copolymer curing compound used to
facilitate maximum water retention through the curing period to maximise
concrete strength and durability.

RELEASE AGENTS
DESCRIPTION
Shutter release agents are applied to moulds
and shutter surfaces prior to casting concrete
in order to achieve a clean release. They can
be applied to the formwork by spray in a light
uniform mist coating or by brush.
STRIPSOLVE
Stripsolve is a hydrocarbon releasing agent, for the construction industry.
Stripsolve is an economical release agent for timber and steel shuttering.
It offers a simple one coat application and does not evaporate in the sun.
With Stripsolve, build up on shutter is eliminated and cleaning is minimised.
Coverage is approximately 10 square metres per litre.

SUPERSTRIP
Superstrip is a Mineral oil based releasing agent for the construction and pre-cast industry.
Superstrip is an economical release agent for timber, steel and
fibreglass shuttering. Use Superstrip where concrete finish is critical.

With Stripsolve, build up on shutter is eliminated and cleaning is minimised.
Coverage is approximately 14-20 square metres per litre.
