‘WILD’ Grand Finale Information & Groups
Every year Sterling Silver Studio’s
Grand Finale at the Spring Recital
is always a fabulous production.
The grand finale routine will
feature the cast of the 2014 recital.
This year we will start teaching
the Grand Finale routine in each
of the recital classes. This way
everyone will get a chance to
learn and practice the routine
before the first group practice.
There will be three group practices, you must attend all three
practices in order to perform the
routine successfully at recital.
Group Assignments:
2. Friday, May 23 – A: 4:154:45; B: 4:45-5:30, C: 5:306:15, D: 6:15-7:00
3. Friday, June 6 – Mini Show
Performers: 5:30-6:30, Jr/
Sr Show Performers: 6:307:30 (If you are performing in both shows, attend
both rehearsals.)

C - Ages 9-11
D - Ages 12 & over

In order to perform in the Grand
Finale you will need to purchase
a 2014 spring recital t-shirt. You
will also need to wear black bottoms.
Sterling Silver Studio is getting ‘WILD’
The 2014 “Wild” recital t-shirt is available
in three colors with your choice of Pink,
Blue or Green. All of the performers and
volunteers will have their name listed on
the back. (The name list on page 4 of this
newsletter.) The t-shirts also double as the
grand finale uniform. For grand finale you
will wear the 2014 Spring Recital T-shirt
(any of the 3 colors) & black bottoms
(shorts, pants, Capri pants)

You will be able to pick-up your order at the recital rehearsal on June 13.
BLING YOUR SHIRT as a fund-raiser for SSBC!
During the rehearsal only, Booster Club volunteers will be selling rhinestones and placing
them on your shirt. You can purchase one stone
by your name for 50¢ and you can get a 20
rhinestone design on the front of your shirt for
only $5.00! What a deal!
Don’t forget to order one for yourself, for

Picture order forms will be available at the studio closer to the picture dates. You will need one form per costume or shoe change that you will be ordering. You
will list the song name on the order form to ensure you have the correct class. Have your order forms filled out and money in the envelopes before you have
your picture taken. This will ensure a smooth and easy picture day.
If you are purchasing more that one package you may write one check & place it in the first picture envelope of the day. You must then write on the remaining
envelopes: 1. the check number 2. what “song” envelope the check is in. If this is not done you may not receive your pictures in a timely manner.
All group & individual pictures will be taken at Sterling Silver Studio. Regular classes will not be meeting on Monday, May 19 due to pictures.
