From the very first theme Rupert played to me, I realised that this
film was in his blood as much as it was in mine.
He explored every aspect of the story with conviction, passion,
and an astute attention to detail. He’s a gifted composer, and a
consummate storyteller too, capable of creating wonderful
epic themes as well as delicate melodies that illuminate
each of the characters’ inner lives.
His music takes us back to the world of Tarzan in a way that is
exciting, passionate, and moving.
