In the daytime
Make the most of the leisure facilities on the campsite for a friendly game with family or friends: pétanque,
volleyball, ping-pong... There are also bikes for hire for you to set out and explore the island, canoes for hire...
and children can have fun in our new children’s playground.

Near the campsite
Kids’ Club
Mornings at Camping Indigo are time for a whole range of fun childrens’
activities: games of all kinds, manual workshops... 5-11 year olds
Discover the intertidal Set out with a guide to discover the intertidal zone: learn everything about the
phenomena of the tides, the diversity of the shellfish, and go cockle-picking! €

At this site in the heart of nature in Barre de Monts, you can discover the life
of the inhabitants of the marshes, their routines and ways of life, their jobs…
Modelling workshop
Take part in a modelling workshop with the artist Gandolfo for an initiation into
sculpture!
Hervé, a passionate salt producer, offers tours of his marshes and explains
Visit the salt marshes
in a whole new way
Climb on board the Hippobus for a one-hour guided tour of the Salt Marshes
at the pace of the percherons horses, Tendance and Lune. €
Bike rides…
Set out to explore Noirmoutier island by bike at your own will. The campsite has
free maps and trail guides of the island. Bikes for hire at campsite reception
(adult’s and children’s bikes).

From the beach to the salt marshes, set out to explore Noirmoutier island by
horse with the Horse Club (all levels).
Sea kayaking
Hire a kayak directly on the campsite to paddle along the coast…

Visit the salt marshes and demonstrates the different stages of his work.
Sailing and catamaran Discover the pleasures of different watersports. The Fort Saint Pierre municipal
sailing school organizes courses and sessions in windsurfing, optimist and
trips
catamaran sailing, sand yachting; from beginners to advanced levels.
Discover the birds
A unique park dedicated to horses! Come and discover the attractions and
watch the Guillaume Assire Becar horse show. Don’t miss the evening show.
Enjoy a magical moment together as a family. €

Sports tournaments

A bit of fun for teenagers and adults on the campsite. Take part in a game of
beach-volley, table tennis, beach football, pétanque or even Palet Breton,…
The Indigo games
Don’t miss the Indigo Games each week. With Mini-Olympics and challenges,
the day is a great chance to take part in a range of family games on the beach.
In the evening
Visit Île d’Yeu
Set out to explore the Île d’Yeu just 30 minutes by boat from the mainland.
Visit the old castle, the lighthouses, the small harbours, and take the time
to explore the beauty of the island’s natural sites by foot or by bike.

Don’t miss Sealand, the Noirmoutier aquarium, and the Ile aux Papillons,
the largest tropical butterfly house in France. Other highlights include
Noirmoutier castle, its keep, and its museum!
Shows
O’Abandonado
Take part in a day trip out to sea on a magnificent old rigged ship and
have lunch on board. Half-day fishing trips and 2½ hour excursions are also
organized.
Noirmout’Train
Discover the north of the island on board a mini-train, with a live commentary
so that you can appreciate the island's different landscapes and history.

Come and take part in the weekly grand pétanque game.
There are several music groups for you to discover this summer:
Benn & Ben, Les Ducs, Mr Brown (rock, French songs, and
international covers). Magic shows are also on the programme!
On show nights, come and enjoy the campsite’s mussels and chips! €
Come along as a family for an open-air film night
Set out with a guide to discover the legends of Noirmoutier or visit the
unmissable Passage du Gois at nightfall. €
Come along to the central lodge for a «grand games evening»: Time’s Up,
Giant Cluedo, musical quiz...
