The Challenge
Lacoste was ready to move to a managed travel program and enable travelers to book
directly online. With an upcoming Sales Conference, Retail Operations Manager and
Travel Manager, Fernando Renteria, was asked by his leadership team to launch a new
travel program within one week. His objectives were to reduce the amount of hours he
was currently spending on managing their travel program, increase spend visibility and
win traveler compliance.
