Sunny skies greeted an enthusiastic group of EAS members, family, and friends as they climbed the
hill in Dong Shan to harvest tangerines. Following the fun in the orchard, there was a tea sampling, a delicious lakeside lunch, and a trip to a tea museum. Thanks to all the event planners for a relaxing day in the
autumn sun.

THINKER BOND
The EAS Charity recently partnered with Dushu Lake Library. The
library opened a book store selling used books to University students and the public. The book store is called "Thinker Bond" It is
located within the Dushu Lake Library on the 4th floor, room B403.
When entering the book store you can see spacious seating for
reading, and rows of book shelves. Dushu Library was gracious
enough to give the EAS Charity a section for our books. Our shelves contain English, Chinese, German, and
French books. The EAS Charity is responsible for delivering our used or new books to the store. The volunteers and staff will place the books on the shelves for us. It is open every Saturday and Sunday
from 1:00pm to 5:00pm. The store recently opened starting in September. Since the opening, the EAS
Charity has made 365rmb in book sales. It may seem like not so much but it is all extra money to help support the EAS Charity, and it required little involvement on our part. We would like to express our appreciation and gratitude to Dushu Lake Library for supporting us!
If you would like to visit "Thinker Bond" please go to Address: Number 403 in area B in the fourth floor in
Suzhou Dushu Lake Library 苏州工业园区独墅湖图书馆4楼 B区403.
