The Federation Vintage vehicle Golden Oldies Tour is proudly sponsored by RACV. We will be taking in
museums, industrial buildings, private collections, fun evening get-togethers and sightseeing. This is an
opportunity to enjoy the attractions of the area and to make new friends or catch up with old ones.
ENTRY FEE: $185 per vehicle. This includes lunch at Marong and the final dinner, breakfast on the final
day, some entertainment, a rally badge and assorted memorabilia. (Meals & Entertainment for 2 adults)
CLOSING DATE: 30 June 2015. Please book early as entries will be limited. A receipt will be mailed at
a later date, together with a meal order form to be completed and returned.

1. This is a seven-day tour
2. Entry fee includes lunch at Marong, the final dinner for two people and breakfast on the final
Sunday. Other meals are not included (GST is included in all expenses)
3. Each car participating receives a rally pack and commemorative rally badge.
CERTIFICATION

1. To be bound by the rules and instructions that may be issued from time to time by the Rally
Director and delegate/s
2. To obey the road and traffic laws and regulations including speed limits, By-Laws and regulations
3. To show due courtesy to all users of the road
4. To the taking of, use and display of photos taken by the organisers and their delegate/s
The owner of the vehicle entered, the driver thereof and the passengers, while participating in the
tour, shall do so on condition that they will have no claim against the duly designated Federation of
VVCVA committee or the Royal Automobile Club of Victoria (RACV) thereof or any other sponsors
of the event or their respective officials for any personal injuries, or damage to the vehicle entered,
whether or not the same shall be caused or contributed to by an act of omission or negligence on
the part of the committee thereof or the sponsors of the event or any of their respective officials.
The tour committee reserves the right to refuse any entry.
