WE ARE IN SPORTS Оur agency is a sports event management and communications company engaged in realisation of bright and out of the ordinary ideas, extreme sports and action sport events, modern lifestyle and urban culture. Our speciality is the organization of captivating events and shows: competitions, performances, festivals, exhibitions and premieres. OUR CLIENTS WE ARE IN SPORTS NISSAN X-TOUR A federal tour to announce the launching of the new model of Nissan X-Trail, which not only comprised of test-drive of the new Nissan range in 7 Russian cities, but was complimented by a unique snowboard show and other sports activities. For three months of the tour the festival was held at the best of the ski resorts and it was understandably concluded with a large scale sports event within the framework of the main winter event – Quiksilver New Star Camp in Sochi. WINGS FOR LIFE WORLD RUN One of the most prominent and technically complex events arranged by the agency, for which we organized a charity race titled Wings for life World Run. This event was held for the first time in Russia and the main attraction was the global transmission, which featured scenes from 33 countries around the globe, since the event kicked off simultaneously around the world. RED BULL KING OF THE ROCK The legends of street-ball competed to win the right to participate in the international final in San-Francisco, which would be held in the Alcatraz prison. The event’s qualifiers were played in 8 Russian cities with grand final for 2013 being held in Moscow, 2014 in Kazan and in 2015 also in Kazan. Our agency is running a unique project, which has no parallels in the market, for a period of 3 years. NIKE SKATE THE STATES The main idea behind the project was to recreate iconic skateboarding spots at the Faces&Laces exhibition, where top riders from across the country competed to win an invitation to visit America offered by star rider Eric Koston. The following sportsmen participated in the making of the film: ice-hockey player Alexander Ovechkin, athlete Daria Klishina, football player Alexander Kokorin, snowboarder Dennis Leontiev, skateboarder Egor Kaldykov and figure skater Adelina Sotnikova. The campaign did not end with the end of the film and our team called “We are in sports” designed and executed a number of unique events, which embodied the usual winter activities in a totally new format. One of the most resounding events was the snowboard tournament titled Nike Helipark, which was attended by super stars of the global snowboard scene. DC METAL WARS BY NOKIA For the first time in its current history the Gorky Park (Moscow) became the location of a snowboard event of international scale, attended by athletes invited from across the globe. The event was mainly sponsored by Nokia, which helped us erect the venue with artificial snow, rails, slide boxes and other attributes of real time street snowboarding. VANS STREET SESSION RED SQUARE The Vans Company just recently opened its representation in Russia and launched its trademark at the skateboard event held at the Red Square, which was especially setup to enable the skateboarders to perform, run musical program and other activities. The event was very broadly covered by the media and brought in nearly all the skateboard enthusiasts from across Moscow. RED BULL ПЕТРОВСКИЙ ЛЕД The unique venue – the pond in the Yusupov Garden – was not chosen by chance, because it was the venue of the 1903 Figure Skating World Championship. In 2013 the pond was prepared for a mass speed skating event, in which more than 500 people took part. There were more than 10000 spectators at the event and all the participants gave very positive reviews. THE NORTH FACE TRAIL RUN For the race a Trail track with 10 and 30 kilometre routes was setup in the Scenic Nikola-Lenivets Park. This track was used by more than 600 participants of the race to test their own stamina and to admire the beauty of the park and the Moscow environs. Despite scorching heat and temperatures as high as 35ºC, all the participants made it to the finish line and the best time for the 30km run was recorded at 2 hours and 4 minutes. WE ARE IN MUSIC RED BULL BEAT BATTLE This project was launched in 2013 at the Icon Club, which accommodated more than 2000 modern dance lovers under its roof. For the next year the agency was tasked to hold the event at federal scale with final in Saint Petersburg. After successfully organizing the event, the agency’s team acquired the right to organize the tour in 2015 also. RED BULL BASS CAMP The Russian version of the popular musical academy called Red Bull Music Academy – RBMA Bass Camp – a weeklong activity with the participation of rising talents, creative lectures and master classes by the pioneers of the musical movement, studio sessions, as well as engaging parties. More than 20 musicians from Russia, Belorussia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan will participate in this project, which will run from 18 to 25 May this year in Moscow. During this week the participants, which include producers, instrumentalists, vocalists, composers, sound engineers and DJs, will live in the world of music, communicating with each other in the language of notes and scratches and working in sound recording studios with the masters of studio recording; attend lectures by the founders of the academy and participants of Red Bull Music Academy from previous years. MOVE YOUR LEE The opening of the first single-brand Lee store in Saint Petersburg was combined with the Move Your Lee event, which was held in the atrium of the city’s largest shopping mall Gallery in 2013 and in 2014. The event included performances and master classes by leading dance troupes and massive weekend musical program. КУБОК МЭРА МОСКВЫ ПО ТАНЦАМ MOSCOW MAYOR’S DANCING CUP CUP In 2014 the agency’s team organized and executed three projects on behalf of the Department of Culture of the city of Moscow, which were part of the Best City on the Globe festival. VDNKH was the venue for all three stages. We built a stage for the performance of dances by various collectives, artists and especially invited stars of global dance scene. OLYMPIC GAMES SLOPESTYLE PARTY The most sensational “pirate” party at the 2014 Olympics, brought the stars of Russian and international snowboarding scene, Olympic functionaries and foreign guests of the Sochi Olympics, together in Sochi. Despite the fact that the event was by invitation only, it was attended by more than 2500 guests. The Red Bull Head Office appreciated the event as the brightest cultural event of the Sochi games. DC GRAND OPENING PARTY The DC brand has long been acclaimed as the leader in the action sports segment of the market. Our agency’ steam was tasked with organizing an event, to mark the opening of the company’s first singlebrand store in Saint Petersburg. The event had to be worth the company’s reputation and scale. So we invited leading riders from across the country, arranged musical performances and arranged an official segment of the event. The event brought together more than 2000 DC brand customers and was rightfully appreciated by DC International. NIKE ARBAT OPENING The Nike store on Arbat Street has always been an iconic location for the lovers of the Sneaker culture in Russia. To mark the reopening of the store our agency’s team designed and executed an event to announce the opening of the store in new format. The event included a concert by Nike ambassador and singer L’One. RED BULL MUSIC BOOM NATIONAL FINALS The vast dance story, which included qualifiers in 8 Russian cities, was held in 2014. This event had an overall participation of more than 1000 candidates, who wanted to perform on the main stage during the final in Saint Petersburg. Our agency offered a turnkey solution, which encompassed all the portions from the mechanism of reception of candidatures to production and management of events in all the towns. WE ARE IN DIGITAL RED BULL AIR RACE The Red Bull Air Race was presented in Sochi within the framework of the annual investment forum. At the stand, created by our agency, the guests had a chance to immerse in the virtual realm of Air Race and run the course in the Oculus VR simulator. We engaged the world renowned Rewind (London) design bureau, which provided us with the virtual content for the simulator and ran the stand at the exhibition. NIKE FIGHT GRAVITY STATION For Nike participation in the Faces&Laces exhibition has always been an important event. Our agency was tasked to develop unique activities and stand mechanism. Our team brought to life the main principle of the basic model of the exhibit – Nike Air Max Lunar and designed the stand in the shape of a grounded lunar satellite, which housed a unique system of 360º cameras, which have no parallels in Russia. This system shot the participant in mid-air and demonstrated the principle that the new Nike Air Max Lunar can deviate the laws of gravitation. NIKE AIR MAX – THE STORY OF THE VISIBLE AIR NIKE AIR MAX ИСТОРИЯ ВИДИМОГО ВОЗДУХА The idea behind the Nike Air Max exhibition was to demonstrate the high level of technological advancements in the new Air Max 90 model and to acquaint the brands customers with more than 20 years of Air Max history. Our team created the exhibition’s setup on turnkey basis, under the supervision of design-agency Faces&Laces, as well as creating the Rewind shooting system for all our visitors at the exhibition. I SOLEMNLY PLEDGE NIKE Я ДАЮ СЛОВО This unique falshmob event was launched on the eve of the New Year, because all that you wish for at this time, most definitely comes true! The activity started with posts by star sports personalities sponsored by Nike — Daria Klishina and Adelina Sotnikova. After that the mission commitments with oneself was taken over by Nike friends and ambassadors and then the virtual space was filled with posts from girls from various Russian regions, who made various commitments for the coming year. We will check back in December 2015! NIKE SNEAKER BOOT The people who like sneakers are a whole different cast of dedicated people. The collection of rare designs and models of sports shoes is not just a hobby for these people, but a complete lifestyle. Our team organized a series of photo sessions and master classes by the gurus of sneaker culture and the interesting photos of Nike sports shoes were picked very quickly by the social networks! NIKE STRIDE OPENING Pronation – the term, which became clear and understandable during the race held on the occasion of the opening of the new Nike Stride store on the October Embankment. Our team devised a unique technology for the selection of sports shoes and as per test results the participants received a presentable video for Instagram, supplemented with graphic content. WE ARE IN ACTION ART EXPO PREMIERES LAUNCHES TOURS RED BULL CANVAS COOLER All the artists invited from all across Russia, had a chance to participate in the global competition by Red Bull, where the canvas was replaced by an unusual object – Red Bull Cooler. After finishing their works in the studios the artists had a chance to exhibit their works in the gallery – in 2014 on the territory of Red October (Krasny Oktyaber) and in 2015 – the exhibition was held in Club Mosaic. NIKE AIR FORCE 1 Out dedicated team executed the launch of the new Nike Air Force 1 model. The main idea of design was the formation of a snow-white Nike corner, designed by Pokras Lampas, who designed a special calligraphic font for the job and wrote the history of Nike Air Force during the opening. After this project Nike International offered Pokras Lampas to work as creative vendor and now he works on the company’s new products. DC EURO TOUR The participants of the International DC Team visited Moscow and Saint Petersburg for the first time as part of the summer DC Euro Tour. The whole duration of the riders’ stay was planned to the minute – shooting video clips, competitions, interview sessions and of course some cultural tourism in tow of Russia’s capitals. At the end of the tour a film titled DC Euro Trip was released, about the 6 month long journey of riders all over Europe. RED BULL JUMP AND FREEZE Our agency has been organizing a unique event for the lovers of recreation and winter sports, for the last three years. The participants demonstrate their ability to jump into the pool of ice cold water in an unusual costume. The main rule is that the participant can only approach the pool on skis or snowboard. This event reflects the soul of Red Bull and is the junior of the world known Red Bull Flugtag event. RED BULL FIX BLVD Our agency in coordination with the Moscow City Traffic Department has been organizing a Day without Transport for three years in a row – for this day we organize a unique FIX gear bicycle race on the Boulevard Circle. In this race the participants have no latitude for errors, because in some sections the speeds go as high as 90kmph. RED BULL UNDERGROUND This was our agency’s first event on the Moscow Metropolitan’s turf! This event was held at night. For the event we installed a unique skate park at the Vorobyovy Gory Metro station in shortest possible time. During this event the best of riders competed to win the lucrative prize, as well as had a chance to skate in a subway station, without looking over their shoulders and fearing apprehension by police. This event was held in coordination with the Moscow City’s Department of Underground Transportation and has no parallels in Russia. SOCHI WORLD CUP PRESS CONFERENCE During the World Championship of Snowboarding our team arranged for a press-conference in Sochi, attended by stars of snowboarding. The panel included: Torah Bright, Yuri Podladchikov and Alena Alekhina. YURI PODLADCHIKOV Gold Medallist of the 2014 Sochi Olympics NISSAN TIIDA PRESS LAUNCH IN SOCHI Our team organized the event for the press launch of the new Nissan model – Nissan Tiida, which was attended by journalists from leading automotive and lifestyle publications. For the three days of the event in Krasnaya Polyana, we arranged interesting plans for the journalists including test drives and other associated activities, so that all the participants could factually appreciate the new automobile. NITRO CIRCUS LIVE November 3-4 (Moscow) and November 13-14 (Saint Petersburg) 2013. At two of the largest sports arenas of the two capital cities – Olympic and Petersburg SKK. Tens of riders on all sorts fathomable “vehicles” – from kids’ kick scooters to powerful freestyle-motorcycles – will perform mind blowing stunts on especially prepared track. DC Shoes has been sponsoring Nitro Circus founder, motor sports competitor and stunt performer Travis Pastrana for many years now. The design of the DC zone with all the gifts and live sets by DJ Tactics, DJ General Mike and DJ Rich was fabulous in both the cities! NITRO CIRCUS LIVE according to Forbes Magazine, the most rapidly growing media project in the given category, which has sold transmission rights for 2015 to American NBC channel QUIKSILVER OLYMPIC TEAM PRESENTATION The Quiksilver Company was the partner of the Russian Olympic Team for the Sochi games. The company developed unique, highlytechnological line of sportswear for the national team. Our team organized the press conference attended by leading sportsmen, mass-media and officials of the Russian Olympic Committee. Despite the saturated event calendar, we must always have some time for our soul! For us the much needed fresh air and chance to reload are our own festivals, which we hold with the help of sponsors and partners, jointly achieving synergy and high results. QUIKSILVER NEW STAR Quiksilver New Star – the annual and the largest commercial snowboard festival, which was first organized in 2007. For the last few years the event has transformed from a snowboard event into the main winter event, which combines snowboarding, frisky, motor sports and the most appreciated musical performers. For the 4 years of its existence the festival was attended by more than 40000 people and the organization was appreciated in the form of prizes and awards. QUIKSILVER NEW STAR CAMP It is the annual and most expansive camp in the mountains of Krasnaya Polyana (Sochi), which became the meeting point for all the actively riding Russian boarders, place to hold finals of seasonal competitions and a place for Live performances and master classes. Due to modern infrastructure left after the Olympic Games and developed service, the camp is growing in geometric progression, so next year we anticipate more than 10000 visitors.
