SHOW AND AUCTION
EXPECTED TO BE
A HUGE SUCCESS
For the past several years, the Ellery Sno-Cruisers
Show and Auction has grown in size and popularity and will again be held from 12:00 to 5:00 PM
at the Village Casino in Bemus Point. Each year
“The Show” is held generally as a fund raiser to
help the club pay for the expensive maintenance
NEW MODELS
of grooming equipment, but it also offers the
snowmobile enthusiast a chance to get some
great deals on new and used snowmobiles, accessories, clothing and parts. The
Sled Corral has been expanded this year to include parts in addition used snowmobiles and trailers. The show is not only a great place to buy or sell just about anything
snowmobile related, it’s also a good place to obtain information about snowmobiling
in Chautauqua County.

Earl and Ginger
Every season the Chautauqua
County Snowmobile clubs, work
diligently to make sure that our
trails remain among some of the best in the nation. And these efforts are being recognized far and wide. Thanks to the hard work of the Chautauqua Lake Snowmobile
Club, along with the help of this area’s natural beauty, extensive trail system and
plentiful accommodations, The New York State Snowmobile Association has chosen
Chautauqua County as the venue for the annual “Governor’s Ride” on February 8,
2008. This is sure to be an exceptional event that will make the pages of Chautauqua County’s history, so be sure to read the next newsletter for more information on
this exciting affair!

FREE SNOWMOBILE
Well now that I have your attention
please read on.
The Ellery Sno-Cruisers is a snowmobile
club dedicated to making the sport of
snowmobiling more enjoyable for everyone. The club is operated entirely by club
members who volunteer their time. We
realize that time is a valuable thing these
days but if everyone helps with what they
can, the sport will benefit from your efforts.
Please volunteer your time when you can
to make our trails even better this coming year. We are going to be doing a
phone list this year for volunteers for trail
work and projects. Please sign up for this
list by emailing your name and number or
call the following numbers.

If it weren’t for the dediSnowmobile Trails will be closed indefinitely
cated members who
spend countless hours on
trail maintenance each
year, the many miles of trails in this area would not exist! Your help is needed! Work on trail system improvement and maintenance goes on throughout the year and kicks into high gear in September. A great
deal of work is needed this year and any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated. The more volunteers
we have, the quicker it will get finished. Volunteering for work parties is a great way to get to know other club
members and will give you a feeling of accomplishment in helping others enjoy the same great sport that
you enjoy. Thanks to all the members who indicated their interest in volunteering for work parties on their
membership application. Please consider coming to the regular meetings in the club house at the Bemus
Point golf course every Wednesday evening beginning at 8:00 pm for details about the ongoing trail improvement work and find out how you can help. Thanks for your support!
Thank you to all businesses and individuals who
donated items for the annual Show and Auction.
New and usable items are still being accepted as
donations. Did you know that the value of an
item donated to the club is tax deductible? Any
donor will be mentioned at the auction.
