• Curried roasted vegetable
mornay in filo pastry and a
side of tomato chutney.

• Ploughman’s plate; pate,
terrine, cheese, quince paste
and a selection of breads.
• Coconut crumbed prawns
on petit salad, drizzled with
a saffron aioli.
Drinks person $100 for
3 hours (3 hour minimum)
and $40 for every hour
thereafter. Cloth hire $5 per
table for white linen cloths.

porterhouse filled with
mushroom duxelle and
served with a red wine
sauce.

topped with avocado
hollandaise.
