The Hammam
"The tradition Hammam is a heated steam room where people tend to go on a weekly basis to meet their friends, catch up on the gossip and come out glowing. The combination of
heat, exfoliating gloves, black soap and clays makes for a deep soothing cleanse and a relaxing experience." At Kallisti Spa we offer the following Hammam choices :
Classic Hammam : This classic treatment consists of a full body cleanse using a Kessa mitt and Moroccan Black soap. A wrap, using
eucalyptus scented ‘Rassoul’ clay .
Oriental Hammam : We begin with a vigorous scrubbing to cleanse, followed by a foam massage using long strokes and various
stretching movements.
Royal Hammam : The Royal treatment starts with a scrub from head to toe. The body is then wrapped in a nourishing ‘Rassoul’
clay and while it does it’s work, the scalp is massaged. And to finish off, a relaxing massage.
Hammam Gommage : The Gommage is an invigorating mineral salt scrub/kessa, rich in trace elements and eucalyptus oil. A
deeply cleansing treatment.
The Rasul/Tunisien Clay Mosaic : The Rasul/Clay cleansing will leave you pure and calm and your skin beautifully exfoliated

Annual Membership : Members can make full use of the facilities between 6.00am and 9.00pm daily
(Please note that beauty therapy treatments can be booked separately and member are entitled to a 20% discount on all treatments).

The Kallisti Spa is open daily from 6:00am to 9:00pm / Tretments begin from 10:00am till 9:00pm / Fitness is open daily from 6:00am - 9:00pm.
Your treatment time : We recommend you arrive in the spa 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time.
Spa Attire :
All our guests will be given a robe and slippers to wear for all services rendered in the spa and salon. In the Health Club, proper fitness attire should be worn.
Cancellation notice
In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please give us 24 hours' notice. Your on board account may be charged with 50% of your
treatment cost for cancellations made with less than 24 hours'notice.
Minimum age
To book in for a private treatment you must be a minimum of 18 years old.
CHILDREN’S POLICY
Access to the spa including the changing facilities, spa ,heat experiences, and gym are restricted to over 16’s. We are delighted to welcome children
over the age of 8 accompanied by an adult between the hours of 08.00 – 10.00 Monday to Sunday.
SPA ETIQUETTE
Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. Please respect all spa guests’right to privacy and serenity. In light of this, the spa is a mobile
phone, pager, camera, alcohol and smoke-free zone.

Le Kallisti Spa est ouvert tous les jours de 6h00 à 21h00 / les Traitements commencent à partir de 10h00 jusqu'à 21h00 / le centre de Fitness est
ouvert tous les jours de 06:00 à 21h00.
VOTRE HORAIRE DE TRAITEMENT : Nous vous recommandons d'arriver dans le spa 15 à 30 minutes avant l'heure prévue de votre traitement.
La TENUE SPA : Tous nos clients recevront des robes de bain et des pantoufles à porter dans le spa et au salon. Dans le Fitness, une tenue de sport
appropriée devrait être portée.
AVIS D'ANNULATION
Pour annuler votre rendez-vous, prière Nous Avisé 24 heures à l’avance. Votre compte pourrait être débité de 50% des frais de traitement pour les
annulations faites moins de 24 heures avant le rendez-vous.
Age minimum : Pour réserver un traitement /soin , il faut avoir Minimum 18 ans.
ENFANTS : L'accès au spa, y compris La Piscine Intérieure, le spa, Le Hammam, et le Fitness sont limités à plus de 16 ans. Nous serons ravis d'accueillir
les enfants de plus de 8 ans accompagnés d'un adulte de 08,00 à 10,00 du lundi au dimanche.
