BENEFITS
Each camper will receive a UTEP Golddigger t-shirt
as part of the registration fee.
CHECK-IN
Will begin one hour prior to starting time at the
Memorial Gym.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation deadline is one week before the start of
camp. Refunds will be issued less a $15 processing
fee. Refunds will not be issued, for any reason, after
the cancellation deadline. Purchase orders will be
not be accepted as payment.

Come join us for the 2016 UTEP Golddigger Dance Camp.
Participants will learn three routines in novelty, kick, jazz and
hip-hop. Dance is a perfect combination of physical activity, social
interaction and mental stimulation. Each participant will receive a
t-shirt and showcase their routines on the last day of camp. The
UTEP Golddiggers are the premier University dance team and have
been recognized in numerous regional dance competitons for their
excellent technique, choreography and performance. The UTEP
Golddiggers have danced alongside professional dance teams like
the cheerleaders for the Dallas Cowboys, Orlando Magic, San
Antonio Spurs and Celtics among others. Coach Salcido has been
the director of the UTEP Golddiggers since 1999. As an inductee
into the El Paso Dance Hall of Fame, she has over 40 years of
training and 31 years of experience as a professional dancer. She
worked as a lead dancer for companies like Walt Disney World,
Gus Giordano Chicago, Joal Hall Dancers and Hubbard Street in
Chicago. She has also performed as a featured dancer on
television in various videos and has toured with many
entertainment companies. Currently Coach Salcido is a lead judge
for National Dance Competitions and a masterclass instructor and
Competition Choreographer for competition dance teams
throughout the US. The UTEP Golddiggers will teach three routines
to camp participants, ages 5 to 18.
