Be careful, bookings have to be made per
race.
You will not be able to add tickets from
different races into the same cart.

Choose directly the ticket or the category of tickets that
you are interested in.
You will be automatically directed toward our ticketing
website, on which you will be able to purchase your
tickets.

ACO MEMBER IDENTIFICATION

Fill in your name, first name and ACO
membership number, as written on your
membership card, in capitals and without
accent.
Special characters have to be replaced by
generic ones (e.g. : é = e, ñ = n, ø = oe…).

Have you already booked tickets on our
website?
You will need to fill in your ACO
‘ticketing’ password.
Be careful, this password is strictly
personal and is different from your
“ACO Account” password .
 Is it your first booking online?
You will not need to provide a
password. It will be created at the end
of your booking.
Click on

CHOICE OF TICKETS – Races and ticket categories
Our tickets are divided into different categories: entrance
tickets, grandstands, camping areas, parking…
These categories can vary depending on the races.

It is recommended to read carefully the ticket and price descriptions before adding them to your
cart. Avoid using the “backspace” function of your internet browser; prefer the breadcrumb trail,
above the ‘Steps’ blue banner.

CHOICE OF TICKETS – Tickets and prices
Several prices can be available for a same ticket.
Please refer to the descriptions before choosing
the appropriate price.

CHOICE OF DISTRIBUTION
Once your cart is finalized, you
will be able to choose your
distribution method.
According to the races, different
solutions can be provided.
 SECURE UPS DELIVERY
France (€13), European Union (€22) or international (€30)
The delivery of tickets can occur several months after the date of
purchase and one week before the race at the latest. The envelope
being handed over upon signature, you need to provide an address
where the handed-delivery is possible.
(N.B. you can choose a delivery address that is different from the billing address.
For security reasons, UPS will not be able to leave the envelope in a PO box nor at
your receptionist’s/concierge’s).
 ON-SITE WITHDRAWAL
You will need to bring your invoice and a valid ID (passport or driving
license), at the places and opening hours that are specific to each
race. These conditions can be read on our website
(www.lemans.org/en/tickets.html).
 ELECTRONIC TICKET
You will need to print your ticket at home before coming to the track,
on A4 white paper and in landscape layout.

PAYMENT
Once you have filled in your details, you will
reach the payment step (by credit card only).

Be careful, American Express, Diners
Club, Maestro and Switch cards are not
accepted.
In order to confirm your booking, please read and accept our general
terms and conditions.
Your cart and the total amount of your booking still appear on the right
of your screen.
Please check the content and the total amount of your cart before
filling in your credit card details.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Once the payment is accepted,
your booking is fully registered.
You will see an 8-digit number in the green rectangle
at the top of the page: this is your unique booking
number.
Please do not forget to mention it in every
correspondence with our Ticket Office.
In the meantime, you will receive a booking
confirmation email, at the address your provided.
To have a look at your booking history and download your
invoice, you can log in to your ticketing account, using your
mobile number and your password.
