Gothic-style school closed in the
1980s, and has operated over the years
as a tearoom, antique show room and

listed with $3.3 million hopes, noting

Mittagong retreat, Rowe. The historic
Queen Anne Federation cottage has
undergone extensive renovation since
being bought for $531,000 two decades
ago. The 5.8 hectare offering has been
listed as the couple plan to spend more
time at their newly acquired $2.7 million
Paddington terrace. They might buy a
smaller Highlands retreat, but not before
securing $3.3 million plus through
